【摘要】：文中首先辨析"可持續(xù)"和"可持續(xù)發(fā)展"2個不同概念;提出了生態(tài)需求和生態(tài)供給的概念,認(rèn)為生態(tài)需求分為公共生態(tài)需求和私人生態(tài)需求,生態(tài)供給分為公共生態(tài)供給和私人生態(tài)供給;分析了生態(tài)需求和生態(tài)供給的變動規(guī)律,認(rèn)為其各自分別有量的變動以及生態(tài)需求或供給的變動2種情況;討論了生態(tài)供求平衡的規(guī)律,包括生態(tài)供求變化的基本趨勢和生態(tài)供求平衡的調(diào)整;最后指出:1)滿足私人生態(tài)需求必須依靠以私人投入為主、政府投入為輔的市場調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制,滿足公共生態(tài)需求則必須依靠以政府投入為主、私人投入為輔來實現(xiàn);2)增加生態(tài)供給有外延擴(kuò)張和內(nèi)涵擴(kuò)展2種形式,努力提高生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)品的價值內(nèi)涵是擴(kuò)大生態(tài)產(chǎn)品有效供給的正確選擇。
[Abstract]:In this paper, two different concepts of "sustainable" and "sustainable development" are analyzed, and the concepts of ecological demand and ecological supply are put forward, and ecological demand is divided into public ecological demand and private ecological demand. Ecological supply is divided into public ecological supply and private ecological supply. This paper discusses the law of ecological supply and demand balance, including the basic trend of ecological supply and demand change and the adjustment of ecological supply and demand balance. Finally, it points out that to meet the private ecological demand, we must rely on the market regulation mechanism, which is based on private input and supplemented by government input. In order to meet the public ecological demand, we must rely on the government input as the main input and private input as the supplement to realize the ecological supply increase in two forms: extension expansion and connotation expansion. To improve the value connotation of ecological economic products is the correct choice to expand the effective supply of ecological products.
