【摘要】：Almon算法進行改造擴展可解決基于固定產(chǎn)業(yè)銷售結構假定編制產(chǎn)業(yè)部門類型投入產(chǎn)出表出現(xiàn)負值的問題.根據(jù)Almon算法在迭代過程中避免負值的思想,基于固定產(chǎn)業(yè)銷售結構假定下的推導公式,構造迭代公式,并針對迭代公式中可能出現(xiàn)負值的部分,引入比例因子,使在每一步的迭代中都能夠避免負值,并且給出了迭代公式和比例因子的直觀解釋.為驗證該方法的有效性,將擴展的Almon算法和傳統(tǒng)負值處理方法進行實證比較,結果表明,擴展的Almon算法要明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)負值處理方法,基于其編制出的投入產(chǎn)出表與官方公布投入產(chǎn)出表的誤差更小.
[Abstract]:The modification and extension of Almon algorithm can solve the problem of negative value of input and output table of industry department type based on the assumption of fixed industry sales structure. According to the idea of avoiding negative value in the iterative process of Almon algorithm, based on the deduced formula under the assumption of fixed industry sales structure, the iterative formula is constructed, and the proportion factor is introduced to the parts of the iterative formula which may have negative value. The negative values can be avoided in each step of iteration, and an intuitive explanation of the iterative formula and the scale factor is given. In order to verify the effectiveness of this method, the extended Almon algorithm is compared with the traditional negative value processing method. The results show that the extended Almon algorithm is obviously superior to the traditional negative value processing method. The error between the input-output table and the official input-output table is smaller.
