【摘要】：正經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的過程,是宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)和微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)相互促進(jìn)和制約的過程,同時(shí)又是生產(chǎn)、交換、分配和消費(fèi)相互作用的過程。它描述的不是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng),也不是一次經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng),而是各種經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)周而復(fù)始、不間斷的循環(huán)過程。經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),是經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的自然結(jié)果;經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),則是影響經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵性因素。但由于經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)自身對(duì)稱性破缺以及由此產(chǎn)生的內(nèi)在矛盾的存在,經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行不可能一帆風(fēng)順,而是曲折多變、經(jīng)常波動(dòng)的。也正因?yàn)槿绱?經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行就有良性循環(huán)與非良性循環(huán)之分。
[Abstract]:The process of positive economy operation is the process of mutual promotion and restriction between macro economy and micro economy, and at the same time the process of interaction among production, exchange, distribution and consumption. It describes not an economic activity, nor an economic activity, but a cycle of various economic activities. Economic growth is the natural result of economic operation, and economic structure is the key factor affecting economic operation. However, due to the breakage of the symmetry of the economic structure itself and the existence of the inherent contradictions, it is impossible for the economic operation to be smooth, but tortuous and changeable, often fluctuating. Also because of this, the economic operation has the benign cycle and the non-benign cycle.
