【摘要】：自1979年以來(lái),發(fā)達(dá)資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入了所謂新自由主義階段。1979年至今的資本積累可以看作一個(gè)持續(xù)的長(zhǎng)期衰退階段。在此過(guò)程中,新自由主義積累體制的內(nèi)在矛盾,通過(guò)全球化、金融化、技術(shù)革命、資產(chǎn)泡沫和過(guò)度消費(fèi),不斷地得到暫時(shí)性"修復(fù)",但這些形形色色的"修復(fù)"只是為資本積累的基本矛盾創(chuàng)造了新的發(fā)展空間,并決定了危機(jī)爆發(fā)的最終形式。與剩余價(jià)值率的增長(zhǎng)相伴隨的過(guò)度投資和過(guò)剩產(chǎn)能,作為全球資本積累基本矛盾的表現(xiàn)形式,自1970年代危機(jī)以來(lái)一直像幽靈一般時(shí)隱時(shí)現(xiàn)。在未來(lái)的地平線上,若無(wú)一場(chǎng)大規(guī)模的新技術(shù)革命甚或帝國(guó)主義的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng),發(fā)達(dá)資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的確有可能像壟斷資本學(xué)派所預(yù)言的那樣,在最近這次危機(jī)后步入一段長(zhǎng)期停滯的局面。
[Abstract]:Since 1979, the developed capitalist economy has entered the stage of so-called neoliberalism, and the capital accumulation since 1979 can be regarded as a prolonged period of recession. In the process, the inherent contradictions of the neoliberal accumulation system, through globalization, financialization, technological revolution, asset bubbles and excessive consumption, But these kinds of "repairs" only create new development space for the basic contradiction of capital accumulation, and determine the final form of the crisis. The overinvestment and excess capacity associated with the growth of the surplus value rate, as a manifestation of the fundamental contradiction of global capital accumulation, has been looming like a ghost since the crisis of the 1970s. On the horizon of the future, without a massive new technological revolution or even a war of imperialism, the developed capitalist economy could indeed be as predicted by the monopoly capital school. In the wake of the latest crisis, a period of secular stagnation.
