【摘要】：馬克思的分工理論是不同于斯密的分工理論的。馬克思通過對工場手工業(yè)和機器大工業(yè)的分析,厘清了兩種分工即社會分工和生產(chǎn)內(nèi)部分工。在此基礎(chǔ)上,馬克思深入到生產(chǎn)過程中,進一步分析了資本主義工場手工業(yè)中的分工與機器大工業(yè)中的分工的不同。工場手工業(yè)中,工人的技術(shù)是分工的依據(jù)。而機器大工業(yè)中,機器本身是分工的依據(jù)。由此,馬克思發(fā)現(xiàn)在這兩種生產(chǎn)方式下生產(chǎn)的主體已經(jīng)發(fā)生了變化,于是馬克思從關(guān)注人本身轉(zhuǎn)向關(guān)注客觀的生產(chǎn)本身。通過對分工的辨識,馬克思的歷史唯物主義思想得到了不斷深化。
[Abstract]:Marx's theory of division of labor is different from Smith's theory of division of labor. Through the analysis of workshop handicraft industry and big machine industry, Marx clarified two kinds of division of labor: social division and internal division of production. On this basis, Marx went deep into the production process and further analyzed the difference between the division of labor in the capitalist workshop handicraft industry and the division of labor in the big machine industry. In the workshop handicraft industry, the worker's technology is the basis for the division of labor. And in big machine industry, machine itself is the basis of division of labor. As a result, Marx found that the main body of production had changed under these two modes of production, so Marx changed from paying attention to man itself to paying attention to the objective production itself. Through the identification of division of labor, Marx's historical materialism thought has been deepened.
