【摘要】： 經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展是和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ),所謂經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展,既指經(jīng)濟(jì)與政治、思想文化的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,又指人與自然的和睦相處,也指經(jīng)濟(jì)要素的配置,經(jīng)濟(jì)過(guò)程的運(yùn)行,經(jīng)濟(jì)利益關(guān)系的構(gòu)成,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度、規(guī)模、質(zhì)量和效益的恰當(dāng)和協(xié)調(diào)狀態(tài)。 作為新時(shí)期中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放和社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化總設(shè)計(jì)師的鄧小平,就中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展問(wèn)題發(fā)表了大量講話,提出了一系列新思想、新觀念,新論點(diǎn),他的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論雖然沒(méi)有明確提出經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的名詞,但滲透著豐富的經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想�；仡�、總結(jié)和領(lǐng)悟鄧小平的經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想,對(duì)于進(jìn)一步深入落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展;對(duì)于推進(jìn)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)建設(shè);對(duì)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。本文就鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想進(jìn)行了如下方面的研究: 第一,分析了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的形成條件。認(rèn)為中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中的和諧觀念是鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想形成的歷史淵源;馬克思主義的經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧思想是鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想形成的理論來(lái)源;建國(guó)以來(lái)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)是鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想形成的現(xiàn)實(shí)根據(jù);國(guó)外經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展相關(guān)理論是鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的理論借鑒。 第二,概述了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的主要內(nèi)容。主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的終極目標(biāo)、政治保障、不竭動(dòng)力、道德準(zhǔn)則和運(yùn)作思路五個(gè)方面對(duì)鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行概述。認(rèn)為鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的終極目標(biāo)是共同富裕,經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的政治保障是政治穩(wěn)定,經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的不竭動(dòng)力是科技教育,經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的道德準(zhǔn)則是義利統(tǒng)一,經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展的運(yùn)作思路是統(tǒng)籌兼顧。 第三,理析了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想的基本特征。即階段性與持續(xù)性的辯證統(tǒng)一;“部分先富”與“共同富�！钡霓q證統(tǒng)一;全局與局部的辯證統(tǒng)一。 第四,探討了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)和諧發(fā)展思想對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的啟示。即堅(jiān)持以人為本的發(fā)展理念,關(guān)注全體人民的利益需求;發(fā)揮科技教育的能動(dòng)作用,提供經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不竭動(dòng)力;注重資源節(jié)約和環(huán)境保護(hù),推進(jìn)兩型社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展;遵循統(tǒng)籌兼顧的工作思路,促進(jìn)各項(xiàng)工作的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The harmonious development of economy is the foundation of the construction of a harmonious society. The so-called harmonious development of economy refers to the harmonious development of economy, politics, ideology and culture, the harmony of man and nature, the allocation of economic elements and the operation of economic process. The proper and coordinated state of economic interest relationship, economic development speed, scale, quality and benefit. As the chief architect of China's reform and opening up and socialist modernization in the new period, Deng Xiaoping has delivered a large number of speeches on the issue of China's harmonious economic development and put forward a series of new ideas, and new arguments. Although his economic theory does not clearly put forward the term of harmonious economic development, it permeates rich thoughts of harmonious economic development. Reviewing, summarizing and comprehending the idea of harmonious economic development of Deng Xiaoping can further implement the concept of scientific development, promote the overall coordinated and sustainable development of our economy, and promote the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. For further strengthening the construction of a harmonious socialist society has an extremely important practical significance. This paper studies the idea of harmonious development of Deng Xiaoping economy in the following aspects: First, the paper analyzes the forming conditions of the thought of harmonious development of Deng Xiaoping economy. It is believed that the concept of harmony in Chinese traditional culture is the historical origin of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development, the Marxist thought of economic harmony is the theoretical source of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development. The experience and lessons of socialist modernization construction since the founding of the people's Republic of China are the realistic basis for the formation of the thought of harmonious economic development of Deng Xiaoping, and the theories related to the harmonious development of economy abroad are the theoretical reference for the thought of harmonious development of Deng Xiaoping economy. Secondly, it summarizes the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development. This paper summarizes the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development from five aspects: the ultimate goal of economic harmonious development, political guarantee, inexhaustible motive force, moral principles and operational ideas. It is believed that the ultimate goal of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development is common prosperity, the political guarantee of economic harmonious development is political stability, the inexhaustible power of economic harmonious development is science and technology education, and the moral criterion of economic harmonious development is the unity of justice and benefit. The operation thought of harmonious development of economy is overall consideration. Thirdly, it analyzes the basic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development. That is, the dialectical unity of stage and persistence, the dialectical unity of partial wealth and common prosperity, and the dialectical unity of overall situation and part. Fourth, discusses the Deng Xiaoping economic harmonious development thought to the realistic enlightenment. That is, adhere to the people-oriented concept of development, pay attention to the interests of all the people, give play to the dynamic role of science and technology education, provide the inexhaustible power of economic development, pay attention to the conservation of resources and environmental protection, promote the rapid development of the two types of society; Follow the overall consideration of the work ideas, promote the harmonious development of all work.
