【摘要】：風險投資對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展有顯著的促進作用,但其內(nèi)在作用機理仍然模糊不清。本文從復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論的視角分析區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的來源,建立風險投資與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的關(guān)系模型,研究風險投資在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新中的貢獻和作用機理。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),風險投資(VC)企業(yè)的出現(xiàn)、存在及其融資、選擇、標識、集體學(xué)習(xí)和嵌入等五項作用功能的有效發(fā)揮,有助于區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)克服"市場失靈"和"系統(tǒng)失靈",增強系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)健性,實現(xiàn)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新。最后,從國家創(chuàng)新政策、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、創(chuàng)新環(huán)境和風險投資發(fā)展等四個方面給出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Venture capital plays a significant role in promoting the development of regional innovation system, but its internal mechanism is still unclear. In this paper, the source of sustainable innovation ability of regional innovation system is analyzed from the perspective of complex network theory, and the relationship model between venture capital and regional innovation system is established. This paper studies the contribution and mechanism of venture capital in realizing sustainable innovation in regional innovation system. It is found that the emergence, existence, financing, selection, marking, collective learning and embedding of venture capital enterprises play their roles effectively. It is helpful for regional innovation system to overcome "market failure" and "system failure", enhance system robustness and realize sustainable innovation. Finally, the corresponding policy suggestions are given from four aspects: national innovation policy, regional innovation strategy, innovation environment and venture capital development.
