【摘要】：資本主義企業(yè)員工參與制度在緩和勞資矛盾方面取得了一定的成效,在我國大力構(gòu)建社會主義和諧勞動關(guān)系的背景下,這一制度成為我國學(xué)者關(guān)注的熱點。運用馬克思主義相關(guān)理論對之進行分析,是科學(xué)甄別以及合理借鑒這一制度的前提。針對當前學(xué)術(shù)界在運用馬克思相關(guān)理論分析資本主義企業(yè)員工參與制度時容易誤讀的三個問題,即資本主義企業(yè)員工參與,是否是企業(yè)管理內(nèi)容的變化、是否是勞動對資本從屬關(guān)系的強化、是否是重建個人所有制的實現(xiàn)等,進行探究和澄清,可以為我們正確認識資本主義企業(yè)員工參與制度提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:The system of employee participation in capitalist enterprises has made some achievements in easing the contradiction between labor and capital. Under the background of constructing socialist harmonious labor relations, this system has become the focus of attention of Chinese scholars. It is the premise of scientific discrimination and reasonable reference to use Marxism theory to analyze it. In view of the three problems that are easy to misread when the academic circles use Marx's relevant theory to analyze the system of employee participation in capitalist enterprises, that is, whether the participation of employees in capitalist enterprises is the change of the contents of enterprise management, Whether labor strengthens the subordinate relationship of capital, reconstructs the realization of individual ownership, and so on, can provide theoretical support for us to correctly understand the system of employee participation in capitalist enterprises.
