【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)的生態(tài)修復(fù)不能使當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駭[脫貧困,而畜牧業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)又面臨著過(guò)度放牧等對(duì)資源的過(guò)度消耗問(wèn)題,荒漠化地區(qū)中草藥種植不但能提升居民收入,而且能帶來(lái)生態(tài)環(huán)境效益。本研究以寧夏地區(qū)的中草藥種植情況為例,采用市場(chǎng)價(jià)值法、調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)法和影子工程法等生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析方法對(duì)中草藥的生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境效益進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,寧夏地區(qū)中草藥成交額由2001年的1.628億元增加到2010年的13.543億元;在pH值為8.64的鹽堿土壤中種植中草藥可以降低土壤鹽分;種植中草藥可以改善土壤理化性質(zhì),提升林草覆蓋率,實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)修復(fù),從而使西部荒漠化地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護(hù)通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)化模式發(fā)展起來(lái),不失為當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駭[脫"貧困陷阱"的一種好方法。
[Abstract]:Traditional ecological restoration cannot lift the local population out of poverty, while livestock and agriculture face the problem of excessive consumption of resources, such as overgrazing. The cultivation of Chinese herbal medicines in desertification areas not only increases the income of residents, but also increases the income of the residents. And can bring ecological environmental benefits. Taking the planting situation of Chinese herbal medicine in Ningxia as an example, the eco-economic analysis methods such as market value method, investigation and evaluation method and shadow engineering method were used to comprehensively evaluate the eco-economic and environmental benefits of Chinese herbal medicine. The results showed that the turnover of Chinese herbal medicine in Ningxia increased from 162.8 million yuan in 2001 to 1.3543 billion yuan in 2010. Planting Chinese herbal medicine in saline-alkali soil with pH value of 8.64 can reduce soil salinity, and plant Chinese herbal medicine can improve the physical and chemical properties of soil. It is a good way for local residents to get rid of "poverty trap" by promoting forest and grass coverage and realizing ecological restoration, so that the economic development and environmental protection of desertification areas in western China can be developed through industrialization mode.
