【摘要】： 社會資本理論產(chǎn)生之后,迅速被社會學科各個領(lǐng)域所接受,學者們將其用于研究所需的同時也在逐漸豐富和完善這一理論。但是作為新興理論,社會資本理論并未形成系統(tǒng)的體系,其概念范疇、產(chǎn)生積累以及作用機制等都存在著廣泛的爭議,不同學者從不同角度就社會資本提出了不同認知和理解。然而,社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展對社會學科研究提出了新的要求,不管是經(jīng)濟學還是社會學,社會資本理論的系統(tǒng)化都將對其產(chǎn)生重要的意義。 正如社會發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總是相融并進的,對于經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域的研究也不能僅限于經(jīng)濟學,結(jié)合社會學的研究將使得很多問題更加明朗化,也能更好地解決經(jīng)濟學問題。本文即是融合經(jīng)濟學、社會學、行為學等多方面的理論知識,運用系統(tǒng)邏輯方法,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上試探性地進行社會資本的系統(tǒng)化建構(gòu)。 社會資本是社會系統(tǒng)中具有資本特性的物質(zhì)體,行動者通過對其投資,能夠獲得預期收益。社會系統(tǒng)由兩種因素構(gòu)成:行動者及其掌握的某種事物——事件或資源。行動者之間針對這種事物形成互動,進而促成了社會系統(tǒng)的運行。在這個系統(tǒng)中,行動者之間的長期互動、行動者的逐利性和人類的利他傾向成為社會資本產(chǎn)生和積累的條件。社會資本應當包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信任和規(guī)范三個相互關(guān)聯(lián)的組成部分。網(wǎng)絡(luò)是社會資本的基本形式,是信任和規(guī)范這兩個社會資本體得以產(chǎn)生的基礎(chǔ),行動者的互動基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)而形成,而信任和規(guī)范則使得這種互動博弈能夠有效地進行。 資本蘊含的是預期收益,社會資本的作用體現(xiàn)為行動者可以通過其獲得預期收益。個體行動者通過社會資本可以更容易地使用更多的社會資源;中觀層面的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織通過社會資本可以促進組織內(nèi)凝聚力,產(chǎn)生協(xié)調(diào)合作,更好地謀求并獲得組織利益;宏觀角度,一國或社會通過其社會資本可以充分動員社會系統(tǒng)中的資源和力量,促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會福利的提高。從網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信任和規(guī)范三個角度選取合適的變量,可對社會資本和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的相關(guān)關(guān)系進行深入分析。 就我國的現(xiàn)實來講,社會的差序格局特點決定了中國的社會資本狀況,具體表現(xiàn)為以親緣網(wǎng)絡(luò)為重,信任受到局限和割裂,規(guī)范得不到充分遵守,非正式社會組織欠缺。
[Abstract]:After the emergence of the theory of social capital, it is quickly accepted by various fields of social discipline. Scholars have gradually enriched and perfected the theory for its use in research. However, as a new theory, the theory of social capital has not formed a systematic system, its concept category, accumulation and mechanism of action are widely available. Different scholars have put forward different cognition and understanding on social capital from different angles. However, the development of social economy has put forward new demands on the research of social discipline. Whether it is economics or sociology, the systematization of social capital theory will produce important meaning to it.
Just as social development and economic development are always merging and advancing, the research on the economic field can not be limited to economics only. The study of sociological studies will make many problems more clear and better solve economic problems. This article is a combination of theoretical knowledge, such as integration of economics, sociology, behavior, and so on. On the basis of previous studies, we tentatively put forward systematic construction of social capital.
Social capital is a material body with capital characteristics in a social system, and the actor can gain the expected income by investing in it. The social system consists of two factors: the actors and the things they master - events or resources. In the system, the long-term interaction between the actors, the performance of the actors and the human altruism become the conditions for the production and accumulation of social capital. Social capital should include three interrelated components of network, trust and regulation. The network is the basic form of social capital, and the two social capital bodies of trust and regulation are produced. The basis of life is the interaction of actors based on the network, while trust and norms make this interactive game effective.
The role of capital is expected income. The role of social capital is embodied in that the actor can get the expected income through it. Individual actors can use more social resources more easily through social capital; the social network organization can promote cohesion within the group through social capital, produce coordination and cooperation, and seek better. At the macro point of view, a country or society can fully mobilize resources and power in the social system through its social capital, promote economic development and improve social welfare. Select the appropriate variables from three angles of network, trust and standardization, and can analyze the relationship between social capital and economic and social development in depth.
As far as China's reality is concerned, the social order pattern of the society determines the state of China's social capital, which is manifested in the emphasis on the affinity network, the limitation and separation of trust, the lack of full compliance with the norms, and the lack of informal social organizations.
