【摘要】：財富創(chuàng)造是經(jīng)濟學(xué)的永恒主題,財富占有和分享是社會發(fā)展的重要標志。財富分享涉及社會公平問題,基尼系數(shù)反映國民收入的差距及社會公平,財富基尼系數(shù)更反映社會財富分享和社會公平程度。當前我國財富基尼系數(shù)已經(jīng)超過收入基尼系數(shù),貧富差距拉大帶來社會發(fā)展的隱患。全社會共同富裕是我們長遠的社會發(fā)展目標和收入分配政策目標,是最高層面的社會公平。為實現(xiàn)共同富裕的目標,需要在經(jīng)濟增長的基礎(chǔ)上,通過稅收政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、社會保障等手段調(diào)節(jié)財富關(guān)系,逐步縮小財富過度差距,促進社會和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Wealth creation is the eternal theme of economics, and the possession and sharing of wealth is an important symbol of social development.Wealth sharing is related to social equity, Gini coefficient reflects the gap of national income and social equity, and wealth Gini coefficient reflects social wealth sharing and social equity.At present, the wealth Gini coefficient of our country has exceeded the income Gini coefficient, and the widening gap between the rich and the poor brings the hidden trouble of social development.The common prosperity of the whole society is our long-term goal of social development and policy of income distribution, and is the highest level of social equity.In order to achieve the goal of common prosperity, it is necessary to adjust the wealth relationship by means of tax policy, industrial policy and social security on the basis of economic growth, so as to gradually narrow the excessive wealth gap and promote the harmonious development of the society.
