【摘要】：本文探討了勞動力遷移理論從新古典經(jīng)濟學到新經(jīng)濟地理學的演變過程和演變特征,進而基于新古典經(jīng)濟學與新經(jīng)濟地理學兩種理論范式總結了勞動力流動影響區(qū)域收入差距的實證經(jīng)驗。對比發(fā)現(xiàn),在這兩種范式下,勞動力流動影響區(qū)域收入差距的內(nèi)生作用機理不同,前者強調(diào)勞動力通過影響遷出(入)地收入水平、各地生產(chǎn)要素的流動方向以及邊際生產(chǎn)力達到緩解區(qū)域收入不平等的條件收斂機制,而后者認為,勞動力流動會導致產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的"中心—外圍"均衡格局,從而拉大中心與外圍區(qū)域的收入差距。此外,兩種研究范式在勞動力流動對區(qū)域收入差距的影響機制方面也各異,對待勞動力與區(qū)域之間的內(nèi)在關系也不同。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the evolution process and characteristics of labor migration theory from neoclassical economics to neo-economic geography.Then, based on the two theoretical paradigms of neoclassical economics and neo-economic geography, the empirical experience of the influence of labor mobility on regional income gap is summarized.It is found that under these two paradigms, the endogenous mechanism of labor mobility affecting regional income gap is different. The former emphasizes that labor force influences the income level of emigration.The flow direction of local factors of production and the conditional convergence mechanism of marginal productivity to alleviate regional income inequality, and the latter thinks that labor mobility will lead to the "central-peripheral" equilibrium pattern of industrial agglomeration.Thus widening the income gap between the center and the periphery.In addition, the two research paradigms are different in terms of the mechanism of the influence of labor mobility on the regional income gap, and the internal relationship between the labor force and the region is also different.
