【摘要】：正由廣東經濟學會主辦、廣東外語外貿大學承辦的2012年嶺南經濟論壇暨廣東經濟學會年會于2012年11月23日—24日在廣東外語外貿大學北校區(qū)召開。廣東經濟學界120多位專家學者出席了會議。會議共收到了70多篇論文,圍繞"市場經濟與政府職能轉變"這一主題,結合學習和領會黨的"十八大"精神,分"政府職能轉變"、"產業(yè)轉型升級"和"社會組織建設"三個專題展開了充分的討論與交流�，F(xiàn)將會議的主要觀點綜述如下:
[Abstract]:The 2012 Lingnan Economic Forum and Guangdong Economic Association Annual meeting, hosted by Guangdong Economic Society and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, was held at the North Campus of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies from November 23 to 24, 2012.Guangdong economic circles more than 120 experts and scholars attended the meeting.The conference received more than 70 papers, focusing on the theme of "Market economy and the transformation of government functions," and studying and understanding the spirit of the party's 18th National Congress.The three topics of "transformation of government function", "industrial transformation and upgrading" and "social organization construction" are discussed and exchanged.The main points of view of the meeting are summarized below:
