【摘要】：本文在總結(jié)西方政治經(jīng)濟(jì)周期理論的內(nèi)涵和要素的基礎(chǔ)上,以其中對(duì)政黨動(dòng)機(jī)要素的不同假設(shè)和不同結(jié)論為脈絡(luò),分析了該理論不斷演進(jìn)的過程。同時(shí),該理論在解釋財(cái)政赤字的原因上取得了新進(jìn)展,本文也分析了這一新進(jìn)展。最后,對(duì)西方政治經(jīng)濟(jì)周期理論進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summing up the connotation and elements of the western theory of political and economic cycle, this paper analyzes the evolving process of the theory based on the different hypotheses and conclusions about the elements of political party motivation. The theory has made new progress in explaining the causes of fiscal deficit, and this paper also analyzes this new development. Finally, the western political and economic cycle theory is summarized and evaluated.
