【摘要】：理論的形成過程一般基于實踐和需求的推動,而理論的發(fā)展與成熟又從更高層面促進(jìn)實踐的深入。隨著全球氣候變化引發(fā)人類對控制溫室氣體排放的空前重視,圍繞低碳領(lǐng)域的理論與實踐研究已成為相關(guān)學(xué)科研究的焦點,而對低碳發(fā)展理論基礎(chǔ)的研究與討論幾乎處于空白。本文通過分析資源、環(huán)境、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新等領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)理論或者方法與低碳發(fā)展的關(guān)系,認(rèn)為可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論體現(xiàn)了低碳發(fā)展的理念和導(dǎo)向,碳代謝與循環(huán)理論反映了碳循環(huán)的自然規(guī)律,脫鉤理論揭示了碳排放與經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口的關(guān)系與規(guī)律,3E系統(tǒng)理論與模型提供了低碳政策分析的工具,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論可引領(lǐng)低碳發(fā)展的技術(shù)突破,"隧道效應(yīng)"理論則指明了低碳發(fā)展的路徑選擇。這六大理論分別從發(fā)展理念、自然規(guī)律、發(fā)展階段、政策工具、技術(shù)模式、實現(xiàn)路徑等角度闡述了低碳發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵,共同構(gòu)成了低碳發(fā)展研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。相關(guān)理論相互聯(lián)系并融入低碳研究,必將促進(jìn)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和低碳社會構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:The formation process of theory is generally based on practice and demand, and the development and maturity of theory promote the deepening of practice at a higher level. With the global climate change, human beings pay more attention to greenhouse gas emission control than ever before. The theoretical and practical research on low-carbon field has become the focus of relevant disciplines, but the theoretical basis of low-carbon development is almost blank. The relationship between the theory or method of technological innovation and the development of low carbon shows that the theory of sustainable development embodies the concept and direction of low-carbon development, and the theory of carbon metabolism and cycle reflects the natural law of carbon cycle. Decoupling theory reveals the relationship between carbon emissions and economy, the relationship and regularity of population. The theory and model of 3e system provide a tool for the analysis of low carbon policy. The theory of technological innovation can lead to the technological breakthrough of low-carbon development, while the theory of "tunnel effect" indicates the path choice of low-carbon development. This paper expounds the connotation of low-carbon development from the perspective of realization path, which together constitutes the theoretical basis of low-carbon development research. The related theories are related to each other and integrated into low-carbon research, which will promote the development of green economy and the construction of low-carbon society.
