【摘要】： 消費(fèi)需求作為拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的“三駕馬車”之一,是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中份額最大、最穩(wěn)定的需求。然而20世紀(jì)90年代以來,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)了居民消費(fèi)需求不足的問題,一定程度上制約了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、快速、健康發(fā)展。因此深入研究轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期我國(guó)居民消費(fèi)需求的特征,認(rèn)真分析居民消費(fèi)需求不足的影響因素并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,不僅對(duì)豐富我國(guó)消費(fèi)理論研究具有重要的理論價(jià)值,而且對(duì)于提高宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策效應(yīng)具有十分重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先評(píng)述了西方消費(fèi)理論的研究成果,尤其對(duì)消費(fèi)理論研究的最新進(jìn)展進(jìn)行細(xì)致地總結(jié),為全文作好理論鋪墊。第二章對(duì)我國(guó)居民消費(fèi)需求不足進(jìn)行了估算,分別從消費(fèi)率、消費(fèi)傾向的橫向、縱向比較兩個(gè)方面指出我國(guó)居民消費(fèi)需求長(zhǎng)期偏低的現(xiàn)狀,說明研究居民消費(fèi)問題的必要性和緊迫性。第三章深入研究了轉(zhuǎn)軌時(shí)期我國(guó)居民的消費(fèi)需求,以揭示居民消費(fèi)需求不足的形成機(jī)制:先從微觀角度考察了消費(fèi)者的消費(fèi)決策,通過構(gòu)建一個(gè)包含不確定性和流動(dòng)性約束在內(nèi)的數(shù)理模型,得出結(jié)論為:不確定性和流動(dòng)性約束會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)居民消費(fèi)產(chǎn)生顯著影響,為消費(fèi)函數(shù)研究奠定微觀基礎(chǔ);再?gòu)暮暧^角度對(duì)我國(guó)居民的消費(fèi)函數(shù)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),得出結(jié)論為:收入、不確定性、流動(dòng)性約束以及收入差距這四個(gè)因素均在一定程度上影響了我國(guó)居民的消費(fèi)。第四章對(duì)居民消費(fèi)需求不足和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策效應(yīng)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了考察,指出中國(guó)當(dāng)前的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策取向應(yīng)更加側(cè)重通過消費(fèi)拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)消費(fèi)和投資之間的合理比例。第五章在第三章的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析了制約我國(guó)居民消費(fèi)需求的主要因素,并提出擴(kuò)大我國(guó)居民消費(fèi)需求的政策建議,主要通過制定居民收入增長(zhǎng)政策、完善社會(huì)保障體系、發(fā)展消費(fèi)信貸以及縮小收入差距等方面來刺激居民的消費(fèi)需求拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Consumer demand to promote economic growth as one of "three carriages", is the largest share of economic growth, the most stable demand. However, since 1990s, the lack of consumer demand in China's economic development, to a certain extent restricts the national economy sustained, rapid and healthy development. Therefore, in-depth study the transition period characteristics of China's consumer demand, a careful analysis of the reasons of inadequate consumer demand and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, not only has important theoretical value to enrich the study of China's consumption theory and practical significance to improve the effectiveness of macroeconomic policies is very important.
This paper first reviews the research achievements of western consumption theory, especially the latest development of consumption theory research makes a detailed summary, as theoretical basis. The second chapter is the estimate of the insufficient consumption demand of Chinese residents, respectively, from the consumption rate, lateral consumption, longitudinal comparison of the two aspects of present consumption demand residents of long-term low, indicating the necessity and urgency of consumer issues. The third chapter analyzes China's consumer demand during the transition period, in order to reveal the formation mechanism of insufficient consumer demand: first from the micro perspective of consumer decisions, by constructing a mathematical model which contains uncertainty and flow constraint, the conclusion is: the uncertainty and liquidity constraints will have a significant impact on household consumption in China, for the study of consumption function lay micro foundation; Again on Chinese consumption function from the perspective of empirical analysis, the conclusion is: the income uncertainty, all the four factors of liquidity constraints and income gap affect the consumption of our residents to a certain extent. The fourth chapter is about the relationship between consumer demand and the effect of macroeconomic policy of study pointed out that China current macroeconomic policy orientation should be more dependent on consumer driven economic growth, to achieve a reasonable proportion between consumption and investment. In the fifth chapter, the third chapter on the basis of in-depth analysis of the main factors restricting the consumption demand of our country, and put forward the expansion of China's consumer demand policy recommendations, mainly through the development of residents' income growth policies, improve the social security system, the development of consumer credit and narrowing the income gap to stimulate consumer demand and stimulate economic growth.
