【摘要】：本文在對企業(yè)核心競爭力理論做出綜合研究、評述的基礎(chǔ)上,將核心競爭力理論和思想在研究的對象上加以轉(zhuǎn)換,從微觀層次的企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)換到中觀層次的產(chǎn)業(yè),與產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的提高結(jié)合在一起,總結(jié)、提出產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力的概念,并對這個概念的特征、構(gòu)成要素、與其它相近概念的關(guān)系和區(qū)別、概念提出的時代背景和實踐意義進行了詳細的探討,為提升產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的理論和實踐提供了一個新的研究視角。 在產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力評價體系的構(gòu)建過程中,針對產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力組成要素的篩選、分類以及指標(biāo)體系中對指標(biāo)的度量存在著不確定性、甚至模糊性,引入了模糊數(shù)學(xué)中的模糊綜合評判方法和其他一些方法,為定量評價產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力提供了重要的手段。 通過實證分析,本文將產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力理論與電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展結(jié)合在一起,理論與實際相結(jié)合,嘗試分析了我國電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力的現(xiàn)狀,并提出了培育和提升我國電子產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力的政策建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the comprehensive research and comment on the theory of core competence of enterprises, this paper transforms the theory and thought of core competence on the object of study, from the micro level of enterprises to the intermediate level of industry. Combined with the development of industry and the improvement of industrial international competitiveness, this paper summarizes and puts forward the concept of industrial core competitiveness, and the characteristics of this concept, the constituent elements, and the relationship and difference between the concept and other similar concepts. The background and practical significance of the concept are discussed in detail, which provides a new perspective for the theory and practice of promoting the international competitiveness of industry. In the process of constructing the evaluation system of industrial core competence, there is uncertainty, even fuzziness, in the selection, classification and measurement of indicators of industrial core competitiveness. This paper introduces fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods in fuzzy mathematics, which provides an important means for quantitative evaluation of industrial core competitiveness. Through empirical analysis, this paper combines the theory of industrial core competence with the development of electronic information industry, theory and practice, trying to analyze the current situation of the core competitiveness of electronic information industry in China. At the same time, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to cultivate and promote the core competitiveness of China's electronic industry.
