【摘要】：正注冊制改革將是不斷提升市場化和釋放制度紅利的過程。本文認(rèn)為注冊制落地需要處理好我國資本市場的五個基本國情,同時根據(jù)我國注冊制改革面臨的現(xiàn)實狀況給出了建議及對策。持股比重占2 1%的自然人投資者("散戶",是指其中賬戶資金和市值較少者,以下也稱"大眾投資者"),貢獻(xiàn)了82%的交易額,這是中國資本市場最大的國情。注冊制改革不可能一夜間把投資者的"二八結(jié)構(gòu)"對倒,可行的做法是因勢利導(dǎo),
[Abstract]:The reform of the positive registration system will be a process of continuously improving the marketization and releasing the dividends of the system. This paper holds that the registration system needs to deal with the five basic national conditions of the capital market of our country, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures according to the realistic situation of the registration system reform in our country. Natural investors who own 21 percent of shares ("retail investors" refer to those with less account funds and market capitalization, hereinafter referred to as "mass investors"), contributing 82 percent of the transaction volume, which is the largest national situation in China's capital market. It is impossible to reverse the "28-8 structure" of investors overnight in the reform of the registration system. It is feasible to guide the investors according to the situation.
