【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界無(wú)論是個(gè)人之間、團(tuán)隊(duì)之間、企業(yè)之間還是國(guó)家之間都充滿了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，而技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是保持競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要源泉，，因此我國(guó)政府和企業(yè)越來(lái)越重視技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展。企業(yè)是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的主體，企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力決定了一個(gè)國(guó)家的創(chuàng)新能力。本文系統(tǒng)分析了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響因素極其作用機(jī)理，選擇中小板上市公司為研究對(duì)象，實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了各影響因素對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的作用，并展開相關(guān)分析及提出對(duì)策建議，對(duì)提高中小企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力、加快我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變、提高國(guó)家綜合實(shí)力具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新概念和影響因素進(jìn)行研究綜述，以期在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上深入探討本文的主題。其次，從內(nèi)外部?jī)蓚�(gè)方面對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新影響因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，其中內(nèi)部從企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入、企業(yè)內(nèi)部治理、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新意向三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述，外部從政府政策、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。再次，分析了中小板上市公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀，并認(rèn)為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新意識(shí)薄弱、對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才重視不夠、市場(chǎng)體制不夠完善是中小板上市公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新不足的原因。然后，以中小板上市公司為樣本，建立指標(biāo)體系、構(gòu)建模型、實(shí)證分析各因素對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的作用。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示：內(nèi)部因素中公司RD經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、人力投入、公司規(guī)模、公司盈利能力、公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)與企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新顯著正相關(guān)，外部因素中政府支持力度和市場(chǎng)集中度與公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新顯著正相關(guān)。最后，根據(jù)理論分析和實(shí)證研究結(jié)果，結(jié)合中小板上市公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀從完善市場(chǎng)體制、加大政府支持力度、提高研發(fā)經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、重視創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)、加強(qiáng)組織文化建設(shè)五個(gè)方面提出了建議。 筆者在論文前期閱讀了大量的文獻(xiàn)，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)搜集做了許多前期工作，綜合前人研究基礎(chǔ)上選擇科學(xué)的研究方法，整體上把握企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新影響因素問(wèn)題。但本文仍存在一些不足，考慮到數(shù)據(jù)可量化性，只選擇了一部分指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，且樣本數(shù)據(jù)量有限，在一定程度上會(huì)影響研究結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。希望能在后續(xù)的研究中不斷修正完善這些問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world is full of competition among individuals, teams, enterprises and countries, and technological innovation is an important source of maintaining competitive advantage. Therefore, our government and enterprises pay more and more attention to the development of technological innovation. The enterprise is the main body of the technological innovation, the innovation ability of the enterprise decides the innovation ability of a country. This paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors and the mechanism of enterprise technological innovation, chooses the small and medium-sized listed companies as the research object, empirically tests the effect of the influencing factors on the technological innovation, and carries out the correlation analysis and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. It is of theoretical and practical significance to improve the technological innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises, speed up the transformation of the mode of economic growth in China, and improve the comprehensive strength of the country. In this paper, the concept and influencing factors of enterprise technological innovation are reviewed in order to probe into the theme of this paper on the basis of previous research. Secondly, the influencing factors of technological innovation are systematically analyzed from internal and external aspects, in which internal innovation input, internal governance and enterprise innovation intention are expounded, and external government policies are discussed, and the external factors are analyzed from the following three aspects: enterprise innovation input, enterprise internal governance, enterprise innovation intention, and external government policy. The market environment two aspects carry on the elaboration. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the present situation of technological innovation in small and medium-sized board listed companies, and thinks that the weak consciousness of technological innovation, the insufficient attention to innovative talents and the imperfect market system are the reasons for the lack of technological innovation in small and medium-sized board listed companies. Then, take the small and medium board listed companies as the sample, set up the index system, build the model, and empirically analyze the effect of each factor on the technological innovation. The empirical results show that there is a significant positive correlation between RD investment, manpower investment, company size, corporate profitability, and corporate capital structure and technological innovation in the internal factors. The degree of government support and market concentration in external factors are positively correlated with the technological innovation of the company. Finally, according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research, combined with the status quo of technological innovation in small and medium-sized listed companies, from perfecting the market system, increasing government support, increasing the investment in R & D funds, and attaching importance to the cultivation of innovative talents, Suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of organizational culture in five aspects. The author has read a large number of documents in the early part of the thesis, and has done a lot of preliminary work on data collection. Based on the previous research, the author has chosen scientific research methods and grasped the problem of influencing factors of technological innovation in enterprises as a whole. However, there are still some deficiencies in this paper. Considering the quantizability of data, only a part of indexes are selected for testing, and the data size of samples is limited, which will affect the accuracy of the research results to a certain extent. It is hoped that these problems can be corrected and perfected in the follow-up research.
