云南省私募股權投資基金發(fā)展研究

【摘要】：私募股權投資基金在美國等西方發(fā)達國家經(jīng)濟領域扮演了十分重要的角色。在過去的二十多年里，中國的私募股權投資基金也取得了較快發(fā)展。但是在中小企業(yè)融資、城市基礎設施建設融資以及新農(nóng)村建設和“三農(nóng)”項目融資等都成為當前云南省融資急于解決問題的今天，大力鼓勵民間投資，特別是大力發(fā)展私募股權投資基金就必然成為激活民間投資的有效方式之一。 本文運用金融學和管理學的理論知識，梳理、比較國內(nèi)外私募股權投資基金發(fā)展概況，總結私募股權投資基金的發(fā)展方向，，并著重研究在我國私募股權投資基金發(fā)展的基礎上，結合云南省經(jīng)濟發(fā)展狀況、金融環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的實際情況，進行云南省私募股權投資基金發(fā)展研究，提出具有實踐意義和理論價值的研究問題； 在西部大開發(fā)、橋頭堡建設和沿邊金融綜合改革的大背景下，分析云南省私募股權投資基金發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，探索云南省私募股權投資基金持續(xù)性健康發(fā)展的有效路徑，提出解決實際問題的具體實施思路，希望能對云南省經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展及推進直接融資工作方面做出自己的貢獻。
[Abstract]:Private equity funds have played a very important role in the economic field of western developed countries such as the United States. In the past two decades, China's private equity funds have also made rapid development. However, at a time when financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, financing for urban infrastructure construction, new rural construction and project financing for agriculture, rural areas and farmers are all becoming urgent to solve problems in Yunnan Province, private investment is strongly encouraged. In particular, the development of private equity investment funds is bound to be one of the effective ways to activate private investment. Based on the theoretical knowledge of finance and management, this paper compares the development of private equity funds at home and abroad, summarizes the development direction of private equity funds, and focuses on the development of private equity funds in China. According to the economic development situation, financial environment and industrial structure of Yunnan Province, this paper studies the development of private equity funds in Yunnan Province, and puts forward the research questions with practical significance and theoretical value. Under the background of western development, bridgehead construction and comprehensive financial reform along the border, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of private equity investment funds in Yunnan Province. This paper explores the effective path of the sustainable and healthy development of Yunnan private equity investment fund, and puts forward the concrete implementation ideas to solve the practical problems, hoping to make its own contribution to the economic and social development of Yunnan Province and the promotion of direct financing.
