全國統(tǒng)一碳市場的政策選擇與經(jīng)濟影響分析

【摘要】:文章利用國家信息中心開發(fā)的動態(tài)一般均衡模型(SICGE模型)來評估全國統(tǒng)一碳交易體系下碳價(100元/噸)的經(jīng)濟影響和減排效果。由于我國電價管制是影響電力行業(yè)參與碳交易成本有效性的重要因素,因此利用情景分析對不同電價管制方式和碳價收入返還方式下碳價的經(jīng)濟影響和減排效果進行了重點分析,并給出了相應的結論。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the dynamic general equilibrium model (SICGE model) developed by the National Information Center is used to evaluate the economic impact and emission reduction effect of carbon price (100 yuan / ton) under the national unified carbon trading system. Since electricity price regulation in China is an important factor affecting the cost effectiveness of electricity industry to participate in carbon trading, Therefore, the economic impact and emission reduction effect of carbon price under different electricity price regulation methods and carbon price revenue return mode are analyzed with scenario analysis, and the corresponding conclusions are given.
