【摘要】：居民醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)涉及到所有公民的切身利益,醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)基金管理政策直接影響醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)基金的有效使用,制定合理的醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)基金管理政策是世界各國(guó)廣泛關(guān)注的課題。本文以中國(guó)知網(wǎng)為文獻(xiàn)信息來源,檢索2006年至今的美國(guó)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)基金管理政策研究文獻(xiàn),歸納分析了美國(guó)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)基金政策研究的總體態(tài)勢(shì)、政策遷移演進(jìn)過程、運(yùn)作機(jī)制、政策保障、改進(jìn)策略等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The residents' medical insurance involves the vital interests of all citizens. The management policy of the medical insurance fund directly affects the effective use of the medical insurance fund. Making a reasonable management policy of the medical insurance fund is a widely concerned topic in the world. In this paper, the author, based on China Zhiwang, retrieves the literature on the management policy of American medical insurance fund from 2006 to present, and summarizes and analyzes the general situation of the policy research of American medical insurance fund, the evolution process and the operating mechanism of the policy migration. Policy guarantee, improvement strategy and so on.
