【摘要】：準(zhǔn)確把握我國(guó)資產(chǎn)證券化市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行的基本特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),有利于明確資產(chǎn)證券化發(fā)展的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,探索銀行資產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展新路徑。論文基于資產(chǎn)證券化市場(chǎng)的內(nèi)在邏輯,分析國(guó)內(nèi)資產(chǎn)證券化市場(chǎng)的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)以及機(jī)遇挑戰(zhàn),指出包括不良資產(chǎn)證券化在內(nèi)的六大未來(lái)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Accurately grasping the basic characteristics and developing trend of asset securitization market in our country is helpful to make clear the market environment of asset securitization development and to explore a new path for the development of bank assets business. Based on the internal logic of asset securitization market, this paper analyzes the operating characteristics and opportunities and challenges of domestic asset securitization market, and points out six key areas of future market development, including non-performing asset securitization.
