【摘要】：近來年,我國城商行作為我國金融市場(chǎng)中的中堅(jiān)力量,在改革的浪潮中乘風(fēng)破浪,取得了一定的成績,尤其是對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和建設(shè)做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。江蘇銀行于2016年8月2日成功登陸主板上市,這是自2007年以來,近十年時(shí)間,首家成功上市的城商行,并引起了人們對(duì)我國城商行發(fā)展的關(guān)注。本文以江蘇銀行為案例研究的對(duì)象,圍繞三個(gè)方面即上市前的表現(xiàn)、上市過程和上市后的狀況展開詳細(xì)的分析。本文采用橫向與縱向?qū)Ρ确治龇�、�?cái)務(wù)分析法以及定量與定性結(jié)合法,其中橫向與縱向?qū)Ρ确治鲐灤┤�。上市前的表現(xiàn)分析,對(duì)江蘇銀行自身經(jīng)營狀況做詳細(xì)的財(cái)務(wù)分析并且將其經(jīng)營狀況和其他三家上市的城商行進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)合橫向與縱向比對(duì)得出江蘇銀行在行業(yè)中的地位;上市過程分析,主要分析江蘇銀行上市地點(diǎn)、模式選擇以及發(fā)行定價(jià),并與其他上市城商行對(duì)比;上市后的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分析,主要分析上市前后的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)以及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展,并結(jié)合其他已上市城商行對(duì)比分析。本文最后的結(jié)論:江蘇銀行上市后相比較上市前在業(yè)績以及經(jīng)營管理等方面有了一定的突破和進(jìn)步,通過本文的研究分析,希望可以給資質(zhì)相仿的城商行提供一些上市的參考意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as the backbone of our country's financial market, city commercial banks have made great achievements in the wave of reform, especially in the development and construction of regional economy. Jiangsu Bank successfully landed on the main board on August 2, 2016, which is the first city commercial bank to be listed successfully in nearly 10 years since 2007, and has attracted people's attention to the development of city commercial banks in China. This paper takes Jiangsu Bank as the object of case study, focusing on three aspects: the performance before listing, the process of listing and the situation after listing. This paper adopts horizontal and vertical contrast analysis, financial analysis and quantitative and qualitative analysis, in which horizontal and vertical contrast analysis runs through the full text. The performance analysis before listing makes a detailed financial analysis of Jiangsu Bank itself and compares its operating status with other three listed city commercial banks. Combining horizontal and vertical comparison the status of Jiangsu Bank in the industry is obtained. The analysis of the listing process, mainly analyzes the location, mode selection and pricing of the listing of Jiangsu Bank, and compares it with other listed city commercial banks; after listing, it mainly analyzes the financial indicators and business development before and after listing. And combined with other listed city companys comparative analysis. The final conclusion of this paper: Jiangsu Bank has made some breakthrough and progress in performance and management after listing, through the research and analysis of this paper. I hope to give similar qualifications to the city of commercial banks to provide some of the reference significance of the listing.
