【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,社會的用水需求不斷增加。為調(diào)和供求矛盾,政府試圖通過建立水市場來進行水資源的有效配置。在當(dāng)下,各地都在為水權(quán)交易建立交易平臺。本文借助匹配理論建立了取水權(quán)交易的匹配模型,并考察了模型的匹配結(jié)果。我們發(fā)現(xiàn),如果企業(yè)的用水效益函數(shù)為凹函數(shù),那么模型存在穩(wěn)定匹配,且該匹配實現(xiàn)了水資源的有效配置。然后,我們分析了節(jié)水成本與用水污染對市場均衡的影響:如果可將外部性內(nèi)部化,那么市場均衡和有效分配是一致的。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the demand for water is increasing. In order to reconcile the contradiction between supply and demand, the government tries to set up water market to allocate water resources effectively. At the moment, trading platforms are being set up for water rights trading. In this paper, the matching model of water right transaction is established with the aid of matching theory, and the matching results of the model are investigated. We find that if the utility function of the enterprise is concave then the model has a stable matching and the matching realizes the effective allocation of water resources. Then, we analyze the impact of water saving cost and water pollution on market equilibrium: if externalities can be internalized, market equilibrium and efficient distribution are consistent.
