【摘要】：近幾年,隨著國家政府對于多層次資本市場的重視,區(qū)域股權(quán)交易市場的建設(shè)和發(fā)展越來越受到各方的關(guān)注。2017年1月26日國務(wù)院辦公廳出臺《關(guān)于規(guī)范發(fā)展區(qū)域性股權(quán)市場的通知》,對區(qū)域性股權(quán)交易市場的定位、監(jiān)管進(jìn)行明確的定義,也使得區(qū)域股權(quán)交易平臺的發(fā)展迎來新的契機(jī)。在多層次資本市場中區(qū)域股權(quán)交易市場主要服務(wù)的是中小企業(yè),服務(wù)的方向是探索解決中小企業(yè)“融資難融資貴”問題,孵化培育擬上市企業(yè),服務(wù)區(qū)域?qū)嶓w經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面,經(jīng)過一段時間的發(fā)展區(qū)域股權(quán)市場在這些領(lǐng)域都有所突破。本文從國內(nèi)區(qū)域股權(quán)交易市場整體發(fā)展情況與經(jīng)驗啟示著手,采用PEST模型的方式,針對江西區(qū)域股權(quán)交易市場發(fā)展運行情況,存在的問題及建議進(jìn)行分析探究。江西區(qū)域股權(quán)交易市場自2015年正式運營以來,取得了良好的發(fā)展,但也面臨著省級政府政策扶持力度不夠、服務(wù)功能不完善、企業(yè)規(guī)范意識不強(qiáng)等一系列亟待解決的問題。針對以上問題,本文從調(diào)動地方政府積極性,申請相關(guān)政策措施;提升市場服務(wù)功能,完善平臺建設(shè);引導(dǎo)中小企業(yè)規(guī)范發(fā)展,提升資本市場意識等方面提出相關(guān)具體措施,為江西區(qū)域股權(quán)交易市場的發(fā)展提供相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the attention of national governments to multi-level capital markets, On January 26, 2017, the General Office of the State Council issued the Circular on standardizing the Development of Regional Equity Markets, which positioned the regional equity trading market. Regulatory clear definition, also makes the development of regional equity trading platform ushered in a new opportunity. In the multi-level capital market, the main service of the regional equity trading market is the small and medium-sized enterprises. The service direction is to explore and solve the problem of "difficult financing and expensive financing" for small and medium-sized enterprises, to incubate the enterprises to be listed, and to serve the development of the real economy of the region. After a period of development of the regional equity market in these areas have breakthroughs. Starting from the overall development and experience of the domestic regional equity trading market, this paper adopts the PEST model to analyze and explore the existing problems and suggestions for the development and operation of the regional equity trading market in Jiangxi Province. Jiangxi regional equity trading market has made good development since its official operation in 2015, but it also faces a series of problems to be solved urgently, such as insufficient policy support from provincial government, imperfect service function and weak enterprise standard consciousness. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward some specific measures from the aspects of arousing the enthusiasm of local governments, applying for relevant policy measures, enhancing the market service function, perfecting the platform construction, guiding the standard development of small and medium-sized enterprises, raising the consciousness of capital market, etc. To provide relevant suggestions for the development of Jiangxi regional stock market.
