【摘要】：文章以2009-2012年上市公司為樣本,研究關(guān)鍵客戶信息自愿性披露問題,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):第一大股東持股比例、第2-10大股東股權(quán)集中度、上市公司融資需求、上市公司產(chǎn)品競爭地位等顯著影響關(guān)鍵客戶信息自愿性披露,而上市公司規(guī)模大小、盈余業(yè)績對關(guān)鍵客戶信息自愿性披露的影響在本文研究中未能得到證實。文章建議通過加強融資管理、改善公司治理結(jié)構(gòu)、促進市場公平競爭等方面推動關(guān)鍵客戶信息披露管理工作。
[Abstract]:Based on the sample of listed companies from 2009-2012, this paper studies the voluntary disclosure of key customer information, and finds that: the first largest shareholder's shareholding ratio, the 2-10 largest shareholder's equity concentration, the financing needs of listed companies, The competitive position of the products of listed companies has a significant impact on the voluntary disclosure of key customer information, while the size of listed companies and earnings performance on the voluntary disclosure of key customer information can not be verified in this study. This paper suggests that the key customer information disclosure management should be promoted by strengthening the financing management, improving the corporate governance structure and promoting fair competition in the market.
