【摘要】：2015年央行較為頻繁、靈活地實施較為積極的貨幣政策,為在結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整中不可避免地出現(xiàn)增速下滑的國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟營造一個適度平穩(wěn)的資金面;為資本市場創(chuàng)建一個適度寬松的運行環(huán)境;也在一定程度上規(guī)避了國外資本市場波動對國內(nèi)資金面的沖擊。債券市場也在降息降準、公開市場操作以及其他貨幣政策工具的引導下,在較為震蕩的調(diào)整行情后延續(xù)了上一年的牛市。在對2015年貨幣政策進行解析基礎上,結(jié)合債券收益率等數(shù)據(jù)對全年債券影響因素展開分析,綜合各個因素,對2016年初期的貨幣政策基調(diào)做出預測,并進一步做出近期債券市場整體操作策略。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the central bank was more frequent and flexible to implement a more active monetary policy, creating a moderate and smooth capital for the inevitable growth and decline of the domestic economy in the structural adjustment, creating a moderately loose operating environment for the capital market, and avoiding the foreign capital market fluctuations on the domestic capital in a certain range. The bond market also continued the last year's bull market, guided by the interest reduction and reduction, open market operation and other monetary policy tools. On the basis of the analysis of the 2015 monetary policy and the bond yields and other data, the impact factors of the whole year bond were analyzed, and the various factors were integrated. Su made a prediction on the keynote of monetary policy in the early 2016, and further made the overall operation strategy of the bond market in the near future.
