【摘要】：中國股票市場2015年出現(xiàn)的股市異常波動,在金融活動中屬于一類由嚴重流動性缺失而導致的恐慌性踩踏現(xiàn)象,探索其中的機理具有典型的學術和實踐意義.本文基于"情景-應對"型風險管理思想、利用計算實驗生成各種風險"情景",揭示了高杠桿融資在投資者非理性行為和中國市場微觀機制作用下引致股市流動性踩踏危機的機理.計算實驗的結果刻畫了2015年中國股市流動性危機中連續(xù)單邊暴跌、流動性缺失大面積傳染和危機后持續(xù)震蕩的三個典型特征.實驗表明融資杠桿在投資者的技術分析策略和適應性轉換動態(tài)資產(chǎn)配置作用下,對市場泡沫的形成與破滅起到推波助瀾的作用,并引起個股板塊聯(lián)動和流動性缺失傳染,最終導致連鎖強行平倉,從而引發(fā)了流動性踩踏危機;連續(xù)競價的訂單簿撮合機制和漲跌幅限制在股災中加劇了流動性踩踏危機.據(jù)此,本文提出了保持低融資杠桿、引入臨時做市商提供緊急流動性、通過大宗交易系統(tǒng)收購強行平倉頭寸等應對措施來緩釋流動性踩踏危機的新機制.
[Abstract]:The abnormal volatility of Chinese stock market in 2015 belongs to a kind of panic stampede caused by serious lack of liquidity in financial activities. Exploring its mechanism has typical academic and practical significance.This paper is based on the "situation-response" risk management thinking,By using computational experiments to generate various risk "scenarios", this paper reveals the mechanism of the stock market liquidity stampede crisis caused by highly leveraged financing under the action of investors' irrational behavior and the micro mechanism of Chinese market.The results of the calculation experiment depict the three typical characteristics of the successive unilateral collapse, the massive contagion of lack of liquidity and the sustained volatility after the stock market liquidity crisis in 2015.The experiment shows that the financing lever, under the action of the investors' technical analysis strategy and adaptive conversion dynamic asset allocation, contributes to the formation and burst of the market bubble, and causes the linkage of individual stocks and the contagion of lack of liquidity.The chain finally forced the closure, triggering a liquidity stampede crisis; successive bidding bookkeeping mechanisms and price limits exacerbated the liquidity stampede crisis.Based on this, this paper puts forward a new mechanism to ease the liquidity stampede crisis by maintaining low financing lever, introducing temporary market makers to provide emergency liquidity, and purchasing forced positions in bulk trading system to relieve the liquidity stampede crisis.
