【摘要】：正7月22日,中國證監(jiān)會舉行例行發(fā)布會,新聞發(fā)言人鄧舸對萬科股東及管理層予以譴責(zé)。鄧舸表示,證監(jiān)會一直在關(guān)注萬科股權(quán)之爭的各方言行,將會同有關(guān)部門核查,依法依規(guī)處理。相關(guān)各方本應(yīng)成為建設(shè)市場的積極力量,帶頭守法,但萬科相關(guān)股東與管理層置中小股東利益于不顧,嚴(yán)重影響了公司的市場形象,違背了公司治理的義務(wù)。這個夏天,沒有哪則新聞的熱度能夠蓋過"萬科股權(quán)之爭"了。輿論場徹底被撕裂,各色人等輪番上場,各種信息鋪天蓋地。不管是理性的分析,還是撕心裂肺的嚎叫,都被我們一一見識。
