【摘要】：從股東背景、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展、人才結(jié)構(gòu)、國(guó)際化開(kāi)拓、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局和市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管等方面分析了國(guó)內(nèi)評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況,并與國(guó)際評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了比較參照,據(jù)此提出了中國(guó)評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)如何進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化發(fā)展的相應(yīng)建議。
[Abstract]:From the aspects of shareholder background, organizational structure, business development, talent structure, international development, market competition pattern and market supervision, this paper analyzes the operation status of domestic rating agencies, and compares them with international rating agencies.Accordingly, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions on how to further optimize the development of Chinese rating agencies.
