【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)逐漸成為決定企業(yè)是否具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,能否獲得持久發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,而企業(yè)作為一個(gè)營(yíng)利性組織,其最終目的是獲利。因此,不少學(xué)者探究技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入與財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系,但得出了不同的結(jié)論。這是因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)有的研究在探索企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入與其財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系時(shí),往往忽略了其作用機(jī)制,即沒有考慮在兩者之間起到中介以及調(diào)節(jié)作用的相關(guān)變量。基于此,本文從理論上論證知識(shí)產(chǎn)出是如何扮演技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入與財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效之間的中介變量以及融資約束是如何調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入與財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系,并提出相應(yīng)假設(shè)。本文選取在2012-2015年在我國(guó)中小板以及創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市的高新技術(shù)企業(yè)為樣本,首先采用多元判別法構(gòu)建融資約束指數(shù),用于衡量企業(yè)的融資約束程度。隨后,采用層次回歸與非參數(shù)百分位BOOTSTRAT法相結(jié)合的研究方法,驗(yàn)證了知識(shí)產(chǎn)出的中介效應(yīng)以及融資約束的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效有正向作用;知識(shí)產(chǎn)出是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入與財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效兩者之間的中介變量;融資約束會(huì)對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入通過知識(shí)產(chǎn)出對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生作用的前半條路徑起到正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。因此,我們可以認(rèn)為企業(yè)在存在融資約束的條件下,企業(yè)能夠通過仔細(xì)篩選技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目,來實(shí)現(xiàn)更高的知識(shí)產(chǎn)出,并對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生正向作用。所以,未來企業(yè)在重視技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的同時(shí),也應(yīng)該更加重視項(xiàng)目篩選工作,充分提升資金的利用效率,來為企業(yè)帶來更大的產(chǎn)出。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, technological innovation has gradually become the key factor to determine the competitiveness and sustainable development of the enterprise. As a for-profit organization, the ultimate goal of the enterprise is to make a profit. Many scholars have explored the relationship between investment in technological innovation and financial performance, but have reached different conclusions. This is because the existing research often ignores the mechanism of action in exploring the relationship between technological innovation investment and financial performance of enterprises. That is, the variables that do not take into account the mediating and regulating roles between the two. This paper theoretically demonstrates how knowledge output plays the intermediary variable between technological innovation input and financial performance and how financing constraints regulate the relationship between technological innovation input and financial performance. In this paper, the high-tech enterprises listed on the small and medium board and the growth enterprise board in China from 2012 to 2015 are selected as samples, and the financing constraint index is constructed by using multivariate discriminant method to measure the degree of financing constraint. Using the method of hierarchical regression and non-parametric percentile BOOTSTRAT, the paper verifies the intermediary effect of knowledge output and the adjusting effect of financing constraint. Knowledge output is the intermediate variable between technological innovation input and financial performance, and financing constraints play a positive role in regulating the first half path of technological innovation input to financial performance through knowledge output. We can think that under the condition of financing constraints, enterprises can achieve higher knowledge output by carefully sifting out technological innovation projects, and have a positive effect on the financial performance of enterprises. In the future, enterprises should pay more attention to the selection of projects, improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and bring more output to the enterprises.
