【摘要】：創(chuàng)新發(fā)展是新常態(tài)下中國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)"雙中高"的客觀要求,資本市場如何更好支持創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,是國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容,也是新常態(tài)下資本市場的重要?dú)v史使命。本文在深入系統(tǒng)梳理新三板發(fā)展歷程、功能定位的基礎(chǔ)上,論證了新三板支持創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的主戰(zhàn)場作用,提出了加快推進(jìn)新三板發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議,具有重要的政策和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Innovation and development is the objective requirement for Chinese economy to realize "double medium and high" under the new normal. How to better support innovation development in the capital market is an important part of national innovation-driven development strategy. It is also an important historical mission of the capital market under the new normal. On the basis of systematically combing the development course and function orientation of the new three boards, this paper demonstrates the main battlefield role of the new three boards in supporting the development of innovation. The countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the development of the new three-board are put forward, which have important policy and practical significance.
