【摘要】:隨著越來越多的女性進(jìn)入高管團(tuán)隊(duì)并參與管理決策,高管性別多元化的相關(guān)研究日趨豐富。通過以2007—2014年滬深兩市A股上市公司作為樣本,從研發(fā)投入和創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出兩個(gè)視角實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了女性高管對企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,女性高管對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新水平具有顯著的抑制效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:As more and more women enter senior management teams and participate in management decisions, research on gender diversity among executives is becoming more and more abundant. A sample of A-shares listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2007 to 2014 was used as a sample. From the perspectives of R & D input and innovation output, this paper empirically tests the influence of female executives on enterprise technological innovation. The results show that female executives have significant inhibitory effect on the level of enterprise innovation.
