【摘要】：受到2008年美國(guó)次貸經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的影響,我國(guó)企業(yè)依靠出口賺取商業(yè)利潤(rùn)的時(shí)代一去不復(fù)返。同時(shí)我國(guó)為轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式實(shí)施了創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,但是我國(guó)大多企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力依舊不足。而隨著創(chuàng)新過(guò)程復(fù)雜性的不斷增加,技術(shù)多元化對(duì)于企業(yè)維持其在市場(chǎng)上獲取持續(xù)性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的具有重要意義,但是理論界對(duì)于技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間的作用機(jī)理仍不清楚。對(duì)于技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間的作用機(jī)理,本研究通過(guò)引入技術(shù)重構(gòu)來(lái)探索兩者之間的作用機(jī)理。而本研究在梳理技術(shù)重構(gòu)已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為技術(shù)重構(gòu)的過(guò)程是知識(shí)搜尋的過(guò)程,同時(shí)將技術(shù)重構(gòu)劃分為創(chuàng)造性重構(gòu)與精致式重構(gòu)。然后,本研究在梳理技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)新管理已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上探索了技術(shù)重構(gòu)在技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間中介作用,同時(shí)引入企業(yè)開放度,進(jìn)而探索企業(yè)開放度對(duì)技術(shù)多元化與技術(shù)重構(gòu)之間的調(diào)節(jié)作用。本研究以滬深兩市信息技術(shù)中行業(yè)中的技術(shù)硬件與設(shè)備子行業(yè)和醫(yī)療保健行業(yè)中的制藥、生物科技和生命科學(xué)子行業(yè)共371家上市公司企業(yè)為樣本,采用線性回歸模型實(shí)證分析了在不同企業(yè)開放度條件下技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系,并檢驗(yàn)了創(chuàng)造性重構(gòu)與精致式重構(gòu)在技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間的中介作用。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明技術(shù)多元化對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效呈顯著正向作用,并且創(chuàng)造性重構(gòu)與精致式重構(gòu)都在技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)新績(jī)效之間起中介作用,但是中介關(guān)系受到企業(yè)開放度的調(diào)節(jié)作用有所不同,企業(yè)開放度正向調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù)多元化與創(chuàng)造性重構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系,對(duì)于精致式重構(gòu)的調(diào)節(jié)作用不顯著。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證結(jié)果深入分析和討論本文的研究結(jié)論總結(jié)本文的理論價(jià)值,為在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中的中國(guó)企業(yè)提供具有實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義的建議,使其在技術(shù)多元化的過(guò)程中少走曲折道路。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of American subprime mortgage crisis in 2008, the era of Chinese enterprises relying on exports to earn commercial profits is gone forever. At the same time, China has implemented a strategy of innovation-driven development in order to change the mode of economic growth. However, the innovation ability of most enterprises in China is still insufficient. With the increasing complexity of innovation process, technological diversification is of great significance for enterprises to maintain their sustainable competitive advantage in the market. However, the mechanism between technological diversification and innovation performance is still unclear. In this study, we introduce the technology refactoring to explore the mechanism between the two. On the basis of combing the previous research, we think that the process of technological reconfiguration is the process of knowledge searching. At the same time, the technology reconfiguration is divided into creative reconfiguration and refined refactoring. Then, this study explores the intermediary role of technological reconfiguration between technological diversification and innovation performance on the basis of combing the existing research on technological diversification and innovation management. At the same time, we introduce the open degree of enterprises, and then explore the role of enterprise openness in regulating technology diversification and technology refactoring. This study uses technology hardware and equipment sub-industry in information technology industry and pharmaceutical industry in medical care industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. A sample of 371 listed companies in biotech and life science subindustries was used to analyze the relationship between technological diversification and innovation performance under different open degree conditions by using linear regression model. It also tests the intermediary role of creative reconfiguration and refined reconfiguration between technological diversification and innovation performance. The empirical results show that technological diversification plays a significant positive role in enterprise innovation performance. And creative reconfiguration and refined reconfiguration both play an intermediary role between technological diversification and innovation performance, but the intermediary relationship is regulated by the open degree of the enterprise. The relationship between technological diversification and creative reconfiguration of enterprise openness is not significant. Finally, the theoretical value of this paper is summarized by analyzing and discussing the conclusions of this paper based on the empirical results. To provide practical guidance for Chinese enterprises in the process of transformation and development, so that they can take less twists and turns in the process of technological diversification.
