【摘要】：近幾年來,我國私募行業(yè)以驚人般的速度不斷前行,與此同時科技型中小企業(yè)也不斷努力貫徹“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”的雙創(chuàng)精神,在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起支撐作用。但從另一方面來講,科技型中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展也面臨著一些瓶頸。比如融資難、融資貴、擔(dān)保難、經(jīng)營管理不善等諸多問題。為了解決這些問題,勢必要介入私募股權(quán)投資。使其可以走出困境,從而獲得更好的發(fā)展。本文首先從理論出發(fā),分析了私募股權(quán)投資發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及其在我國的實(shí)踐,其次從不同角度分析了私募股權(quán)投資對科技型中小企業(yè)的影響。對于一個企業(yè)來講,有利于提高其治理水平,有助于其資本結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變,進(jìn)而加大其科技創(chuàng)新力度,最終得到核心競爭力的提升。之后,為了使得結(jié)論更具有說服力,對私募股權(quán)基金促進(jìn)科技型中小企業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明:科技型中小企業(yè)接受私募股權(quán)投資不僅可以提升經(jīng)營績效,還可以提高自身價值。最后綜合理論、實(shí)際以及實(shí)證的情況,本文基于私募股權(quán)基金在我國的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和一些問題提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's private equity industry continues to move forward at an alarming speed, at the same time, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises have been working hard to implement the "mass entrepreneurship, innovation," the spirit of double innovation. It plays a supporting role in the development of our national economy, but on the other hand, the development of small and medium-sized technological enterprises also faces some bottlenecks, such as financing difficulties, financing expensive, difficult to guarantee. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to intervene in the private equity investment, so that it can get out of the dilemma and get a better development. First of all, this paper starts from the theory. This paper analyzes the development of private equity investment and its practice in China, then analyzes the impact of private equity investment on small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises from different angles. For an enterprise, it is helpful to improve its governance level. In order to make the conclusion more persuasive, it will help to change its capital structure, and then increase its technological innovation and finally get the enhancement of its core competitiveness. The empirical analysis of private equity funds to promote the development of small and medium-sized technological enterprises. The results show that: technology SMEs to accept private equity investment can not only improve business performance. Finally, based on the theoretical, practical and empirical situation, this paper puts forward some suggestions based on the development of private equity fund in China.
