【摘要】：隨著《京都議定書》的生效,各國對草原碳匯越來越重視,草原碳匯管理是借助管理手段規(guī)劃草原碳匯活動中的人、財、物和信息,實現(xiàn)其蘊含生態(tài)價值、經(jīng)濟價值和社會價值的重要途徑。文章以內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)為例,對其草原碳匯管理現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)研,找出草原碳匯管理過程中各個部分存在的問題,進一步基于從屬網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法對草原碳匯管理進行量化分析,針對具體問題提出相應(yīng)措施對草原碳匯管理進行改善,促進草原碳匯相關(guān)價值的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the commencement of < Kyoto Protocol >, countries more emphasis on the grassland carbon sequestration and carbon sequestration of grassland management is by means of management planning of grassland carbon sequestration activities of the people, financial, material and information, to achieve its important ecological value, economic value and social value. The article within the Mongolia area as an example, research on the status of the the grassland carbon sequestration management, find out each part of the process of grassland carbon sequestration management problems, further based on subordinate network analysis method for grassland carbon sequestration management quantitative analysis, according to the specific problems and puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the grassland carbon sequestration management, promote the realization of grassland carbon sequestration value.
