【摘要】:自1996年中國人民銀行放開對銀行間同業(yè)拆借利率的管制以來,我國利率市場化改革的進程逐步展開。利率市場化是我國金融市場發(fā)展的必然選擇,是有效發(fā)揮市場資源配置的重要方面。它不僅能夠真實的反映市場資金的供求變化,提高市場效率,而且可以降低金融抑制程度,穩(wěn)定金融市場。2015年10月,存款利率的放開標志著我國歷時將近20年的利率市場化改革畫上了句號。利率市場化使我國金融業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,在商業(yè)銀行擁有更多的資金定價權(quán)以及銀行業(yè)競爭越來越激烈的情況下,存貸利差將不斷收窄。而我國商業(yè)銀行目前還是粗放式的利差主導盈利模式,尤其是我國的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行,凈利息收入占其總收入的比重在80%左右,有的甚至更高,存貸差不斷收窄使其盈利能力不斷下降,農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行舉步維艱。因此,對農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行如何轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式以應(yīng)對利率市場化帶來挑戰(zhàn)的研究顯得尤為迫切。本文首先梳理了利率市場化和商業(yè)銀行盈利模式的相關(guān)理論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上介紹了美國、日本利率市場化進程以及其商業(yè)銀行如何成功應(yīng)對利率市場化帶來的沖擊,為我國農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)型提供借鑒。然后基于我國利率市場化進程和我國農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行盈利模式的現(xiàn)狀,以及利率市場化對我國農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行盈利模式的影響,運用實證驗證利率市場化對于我國農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)型的影響,得出利率市場化促進我國農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的盈利模式從利差主導型轉(zhuǎn)向非利差主導型。最后本文根據(jù)實證結(jié)果以及經(jīng)驗借鑒,提出我國農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)變盈利模式應(yīng)對利率市場化的建議。
[Abstract]:Since 1996, the people's Bank of China opening of the interbank interest rate regulation, China's market-oriented interest rate reform process has been carried out. The marketization of interest rate is the inevitable choice of China's financial market development, is an important aspect to develop effective allocation of market resources. It can not only reflect the change of supply and demand of funds in the market, improve the market the efficiency, but also can reduce the degree of financial repression, the stability of the financial market in October.2015, the liberalization of deposit rates, marking the painting market oriented interest rate reform in China nearly 20 years of the period. The interest rate market to China's financial business environment has undergone changes in turn the world upside down, have more capital pricing and banking in the commercial bank competition more and more intense, spread will continue to narrow. And the commercial banks in our country still spreads extensive leading profit model, especially It is our country's rural commercial bank, net interest income accounted for the proportion of total income of around 80%, some even higher bad loan narrowing the declining profitability of commercial banks, rural difficult. Therefore, rural commercial banks on how to change the profit model to deal with the interest rate market research challenges particularly urgent. This paper reviews the related theory of profit model of the interest rate market and commercial banks, and based on this, the United States, Japan and the interest rate marketization of commercial banks how to successfully deal with the impact of interest rate marketization, provide a reference for the transformation of the profit model of China's rural commercial banks. Then based on the current situation of process I in the interest rate market and China's rural commercial bank profit model, and the influence of interest rate on the profit model of China's rural commercial banks, the use of empirical test The market interest rate card impact profit model transformation of China's rural commercial bank, the interest rate market to promote China's rural commercial bank profit model spreads from dominant to non dominant spreads. Finally according to the empirical results and experience, put forward China's rural commercial bank profit model to interest rate marketization recommendations.
