自1991年以來(lái),阿塞拜疆經(jīng)濟(jì)已經(jīng)完成從中央集權(quán)經(jīng)濟(jì)到市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)化。新經(jīng)濟(jì)形式有其自身的勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)需求。此外,在當(dāng)今世界,科技進(jìn)步對(duì)就業(yè)需求的影響是不可否認(rèn)的。該研究旨在考察,高等教育使畢業(yè)生滿足當(dāng)前就業(yè)市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)需要的響應(yīng)。研究從兩個(gè)階段來(lái)衡量高等教育與勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的互動(dòng)。首先,從招聘網(wǎng)站調(diào)查私人就業(yè)市場(chǎng)需求,并且從二手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)分析調(diào)查大學(xué)錄取數(shù)據(jù)。這一階段能夠幫助筆者得出結(jié)論,是否有足夠的人進(jìn)入行業(yè)最需要的研究領(lǐng)域;在對(duì)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)需求和高等教育統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整體概括之后,筆者從雇員的角度考察高等教育對(duì)就業(yè)的響應(yīng)。本研究采用混合方法。研究工具是內(nèi)容分析與帶有封閉式和開(kāi)放式問(wèn)題的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。由于本研究將高等教育作為一種能夠獲得更好就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)的投資來(lái)調(diào)查,筆者認(rèn)為人力資本理論(貝克爾,1964)將更好地指導(dǎo)本研究。本研究對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)的貢獻(xiàn)有兩方面。第一,對(duì)比了發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和轉(zhuǎn)型期國(guó)家的就業(yè)市場(chǎng)需求;第二,考察我們的大學(xué)課程是否能讓畢業(yè)生適應(yīng)變化的就業(yè)市場(chǎng)。本研究是首次從雇員的角度來(lái)考察工作需求和員工技能之間的匹配程度如何隨著時(shí)間推移而發(fā)展。調(diào)查顯示,信息技術(shù)、商業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)等領(lǐng)域的工作崗位需求量最大。然而,公立高等...
