非洲是一個擁有許多資源的大陸,但與其他大陸相比,發(fā)展落后。非洲發(fā)展的希望面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。非洲政府已經(jīng)采取了一些措施,努力發(fā)展和使他們的國家擺脫貧困,提高經(jīng)濟。發(fā)展農(nóng)村部門（農(nóng)業(yè)部門）和使更多的人擺脫絕對貧困是大多數(shù)國家的首要目標之一。另一個目標是將這些國家從農(nóng)業(yè)主導經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣I(yè)主導經(jīng)濟體。為了達到這些目標,必須有許多先決條件。由于文化差異、全球化和歷史差異,這些先決條件可能不同于其他發(fā)達國家在經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型時期需要的。實現(xiàn)工業(yè)革命的一個重要先決條件是基礎設施在不同地點之間移動資源、勞動力和終端產(chǎn)品的實效性。從經(jīng)驗上看,很明顯,如果產(chǎn)業(yè)績效超過基礎設施承載產(chǎn)業(yè)的能力,就會對經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生困境,這將對社會產(chǎn)生負面影響。許多非洲國家的基礎設施很差。研究問題背后的故事解釋了非洲經(jīng)濟是新興經(jīng)濟體,在大多數(shù)情況下,它們?nèi)狈Ρ匾幕A設施,如全天候道路。這是經(jīng)濟增長的瓶頸。在分析這一問題的過程中,本文共分為六章,即緒論、背景和研究問題、文獻綜述、基礎設施的作用和理論框架、實證分析和結(jié)論。本文探討非洲轉(zhuǎn)型過程中存在的差距和應該采取的措施。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),基礎設施在經(jīng)濟增長中起著非常重要的作用,因為它在發(fā)展模式中起著非常...
