非洲是一個(gè)擁有許多資源的大陸,但與其他大陸相比,發(fā)展落后。非洲發(fā)展的希望面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。非洲政府已經(jīng)采取了一些措施,努力發(fā)展和使他們的國(guó)家擺脫貧困,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)。發(fā)展農(nóng)村部門（農(nóng)業(yè)部門）和使更多的人擺脫絕對(duì)貧困是大多數(shù)國(guó)家的首要目標(biāo)之一。另一個(gè)目標(biāo)是將這些國(guó)家從農(nóng)業(yè)主導(dǎo)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣I(yè)主導(dǎo)經(jīng)濟(jì)體。為了達(dá)到這些目標(biāo),必須有許多先決條件。由于文化差異、全球化和歷史差異,這些先決條件可能不同于其他發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期需要的。實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)革命的一個(gè)重要先決條件是基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施在不同地點(diǎn)之間移動(dòng)資源、勞動(dòng)力和終端產(chǎn)品的實(shí)效性。從經(jīng)驗(yàn)上看,很明顯,如果產(chǎn)業(yè)績(jī)效超過基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施承載產(chǎn)業(yè)的能力,就會(huì)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生困境,這將對(duì)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。許多非洲國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施很差。研究問題背后的故事解釋了非洲經(jīng)濟(jì)是新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體,在大多數(shù)情況下,它們?nèi)狈Ρ匾幕A(chǔ)設(shè)施,如全天候道路。這是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的瓶頸。在分析這一問題的過程中,本文共分為六章,即緒論、背景和研究問題、文獻(xiàn)綜述、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的作用和理論框架、實(shí)證分析和結(jié)論。本文探討非洲轉(zhuǎn)型過程中存在的差距和應(yīng)該采取的措施。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中起著非常重要的作用,因?yàn)樗诎l(fā)展模式中起著非常...
