【摘要】：【受邀理由】在一群退休的老同志當(dāng)中,不到40歲的他作為業(yè)委會(huì)主任,煞是引人關(guān)注。年紀(jì)雖輕,但豐富的業(yè)主自治經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及良好的理論素養(yǎng)讓他很快就脫穎而出,成為深圳業(yè)主論壇召集人之一。2015年,他走訪了深圳近百個(gè)小區(qū),并在《晶報(bào)》上推出《敏感小區(qū)》專欄報(bào)道。媒體人、業(yè)委會(huì)主任、曾掛任街道辦官員等三重身份,讓他對(duì)物業(yè)管理和業(yè)主自治有著與別人不同的感悟。2015年,他眼中的深圳物業(yè)管理又是怎樣的呢?
