【摘要】：隨著國際貨代市場(chǎng)競爭的日趨激烈,我國貨代企業(yè)必須盡快融入到全球物流體系之中,加速向知識(shí)更加密集的現(xiàn)代物流供應(yīng)商轉(zhuǎn)型,知識(shí)資源將成為整個(gè)企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)競爭資源。本文以國際貨代企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程為切入點(diǎn),結(jié)合對(duì)流程知識(shí)的審計(jì),從知識(shí)流的角度分析業(yè)務(wù)流程中存在的問題,提出了基于知識(shí)審計(jì)的國際貨代業(yè)務(wù)流程的建模方法。 首先,對(duì)國際貨代的現(xiàn)狀及其業(yè)務(wù)流程所存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,探討業(yè)務(wù)流程管理中流程建模及知識(shí)管理中知識(shí)審計(jì)的重要作用,綜合考慮現(xiàn)有建模方法選用ARIS建模體系,并創(chuàng)新的將ARIS思想融入到知識(shí)審計(jì)方法中,利用知識(shí)歷程圖的結(jié)構(gòu)化方法和知識(shí)流與業(yè)務(wù)流程的映射關(guān)系,開展基于知識(shí)審計(jì)的國際貨代業(yè)務(wù)流程建模工作。 其次,在理解業(yè)務(wù)流程知識(shí)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國際貨代企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了國際貨代流程知識(shí)體系,提出基于WSR的流程知識(shí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和綜合模糊評(píng)價(jià)方法,以識(shí)別國際貨代業(yè)務(wù)中知識(shí)密集型業(yè)務(wù)流程,為流程管理的側(cè)重提供依據(jù)。 再次,通過繪制知識(shí)流程圖并參考有向圖的分析方法,結(jié)合國際貨代業(yè)務(wù)流程出現(xiàn)的問題,制定知識(shí)流的優(yōu)化規(guī)則和注意事項(xiàng),并提出基于知識(shí)流的業(yè)務(wù)流程修正模型。 最后,在對(duì)國際貨代企業(yè)實(shí)施知識(shí)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,分析國際貨代中的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)以及知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),運(yùn)用BizAgi Process Modeler軟件和BPMN流程規(guī)范,引入實(shí)際案例驗(yàn)證本文建模方法的可行性和有效性,并從系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的角度說明如何將該方法落實(shí)到公司的日常管理中。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the international freight forwarder market, Chinese freight forwarders must integrate into the global logistics system as soon as possible, accelerate the transformation to more knowledge-intensive modern logistics suppliers, and knowledge resources will become the dominant competitive resources of the whole enterprise. Based on the business process of international freight forwarder enterprises, combined with the audit of process knowledge, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the business process from the point of view of knowledge flow, and puts forward the modeling method of international freight forwarder business process based on knowledge audit. First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation of international freight forwarders and the existing problems of business processes, discusses the important role of process modeling and knowledge audit in business process management, comprehensively considers the existing modeling methods and selects ARIS modeling system, innovatively integrates ARIS ideas into knowledge audit methods, and makes use of the structured method of knowledge process diagram and the mapping relationship between knowledge flow and business processes. Carry out international freight forwarder business process modeling based on knowledge audit. Secondly, on the basis of understanding the concept of business process knowledge, combined with the characteristics of international freight forwarder enterprises, the international freight forwarder process knowledge system is constructed, and the process knowledge evaluation index system and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method based on WSR are put forward in order to identify the knowledge-intensive business process in international freight forwarding business and provide the basis for the emphasis of process management. Thirdly, by drawing the knowledge flow chart and referring to the analysis method of directed graph, combined with the problems of international freight forwarder business process, the optimization rules and matters needing attention of knowledge flow are worked out, and the business process correction model based on knowledge flow is put forward. Finally, based on the knowledge investigation of international freight forwarders, this paper analyzes the organizational structure, functional structure and knowledge structure of international freight forwarders, and introduces practical cases to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the modeling method by using BizAgi Process Modeler software and BPMN process specification, and explains how to implement this method in the daily management of the company from the point of view of system implementation.
