【摘要】：全球氣候變暖問題越來越受到關(guān)注，使得低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展被重視的程度逐漸增強(qiáng)。所謂低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)就是在可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念指導(dǎo)下，通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型、新能源開發(fā)等多種手段，盡可能地減少煤炭、石油等高碳能源消耗，減少溫室氣體排放，達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)雙贏的一種經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形態(tài)。發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)是我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)由大國(guó)到強(qiáng)國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)變的必然選擇。低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵就是發(fā)展低碳技術(shù)。制造業(yè)為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)，我國(guó)制造業(yè)獲得低碳技術(shù)的主要方式都是通過清潔發(fā)展機(jī)制，這種方式只能獲低碳技術(shù)而不是低碳的核心技術(shù)，我國(guó)制造業(yè)只有通過低碳技術(shù)創(chuàng)新才能夠提高其在全球范圍內(nèi)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化打破了國(guó)家和地域的限制，在全球價(jià)值鏈下，，我國(guó)制造業(yè)處于價(jià)值鏈的底端，在全球化發(fā)展的過程中我國(guó)制造業(yè)，應(yīng)該積極發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢(shì)，通過高效率和低成本提升制造業(yè)在全球價(jià)值鏈中的位置。本文結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展，從價(jià)值哲學(xué)的角度出發(fā)結(jié)合我國(guó)制造業(yè)在全球價(jià)值鏈中的地位對(duì)低碳技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的價(jià)值進(jìn)行研究。并從經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值、生態(tài)價(jià)值、社會(huì)價(jià)值三方面進(jìn)行價(jià)值分析，并構(gòu)建了全球價(jià)值鏈下制造業(yè)低碳技術(shù)創(chuàng)新價(jià)值評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系，通過（AHP）層次分析方法對(duì)全球價(jià)值鏈下造業(yè)低碳技術(shù)創(chuàng)新價(jià)值進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。最后對(duì)全球價(jià)值鏈下制造業(yè)低碳技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的價(jià)值提升提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the problem of global warming, so that the development of low-carbon economy has been paid more and more attention. Under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development, the so-called low-carbon economy is a kind of economic development form, which can reduce the consumption of high carbon energy such as coal and oil as much as possible, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and achieve a win-win situation between economic and social development and ecological environment protection through technological innovation, institutional innovation, industrial transformation, new energy development and other means. The development of low-carbon economy is the inevitable choice for our country to realize the transformation from a big country to a strong country. The key to the development of low-carbon economy is the development of low-carbon technology. Manufacturing industry has made great contributions to the development of China's economy. The main way for China's manufacturing industry to obtain low-carbon technology is through the clean development mechanism. This way can only obtain low-carbon technology rather than low-carbon core technology. Only through low-carbon technology innovation can China's manufacturing industry improve its competitive advantage in the global scope. Economic globalization has broken the national and regional restrictions. Under the global value chain, China's manufacturing industry is at the bottom of the value chain. In the process of globalization, China's manufacturing industry should give full play to its comparative advantages and enhance the position of manufacturing industry in the global value chain through high efficiency and low cost. Based on the research progress at home and abroad, this paper studies the value of low-carbon technological innovation from the perspective of value philosophy and the position of China's manufacturing industry in the global value chain. The value analysis is carried out from three aspects: economic value, ecological value and social value, and the evaluation index system of low-carbon technology innovation in manufacturing industry under the global value chain is constructed, and the value of low-carbon technology innovation in manufacturing industry under the global value chain is empirically studied by (AHP) analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the value of manufacturing low-carbon technological innovation under the global value chain.
