【摘要】：隨著《國(guó)家新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃（2014-2020年）》的出臺(tái)城市化建設(shè)步伐會(huì)空前加快，本文認(rèn)為一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)城市化率在達(dá)到30%-60%的區(qū)間是一個(gè)高速增長(zhǎng)的重大戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展機(jī)遇期，抓住這一歷史機(jī)遇對(duì)一個(gè)地區(qū)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展意義重大。但目前陜西落后于全國(guó)，寶雞落后于陜西，研究寶雞的城中村改造，找出當(dāng)前城中村改造中存在的突出問題，加快國(guó)家規(guī)劃的關(guān)中--天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的健康發(fā)展，加快寶雞城市化進(jìn)程，盡快縮小與發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的差距尤為重要。 本文首先從理論的角度出發(fā)，從國(guó)內(nèi)外城中村改造的對(duì)比入手認(rèn)真分析寶雞市城中村改造的現(xiàn)狀和政策，以探討當(dāng)前困擾寶雞市城中村改造的主要問題；再次，通過歸納對(duì)比方法對(duì)城中村改造模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，再以寶雞市代家灣村實(shí)體改造案例為樣本，利用定性定量方法從開發(fā)主體、改造模式、各方效益、改造效果等方面對(duì)城中村改造效益進(jìn)行全方位分析；研究結(jié)論是：改造要找到各方利益的平衡點(diǎn)；改造要重視弱勢(shì)群體村民的未來發(fā)展權(quán)；改造的主體和模式提倡多元化；提高對(duì)城中村改造的認(rèn)知；加大對(duì)開發(fā)企業(yè)的監(jiān)督和支持力度；加強(qiáng)對(duì)村民的宣傳教育和引導(dǎo)的對(duì)策建議。 本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下： 第一章導(dǎo)論部分。主要梳理了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的一些學(xué)者對(duì)城中村改造研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。通過分析文獻(xiàn)，探究可能的研究方向。并根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)評(píng)述，明確本文的研究目的以及研究的意義，闡明本文的研究框架、內(nèi)容和方法以及可能存在的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足之處。 第二章理論部分。分別對(duì)城中村改造的相關(guān)定義進(jìn)行闡釋。并介紹本文研究的相關(guān)的理論知識(shí)和指導(dǎo)思想，為后文實(shí)證部分的研究打下理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三章對(duì)寶雞市城中村改造的現(xiàn)狀情況進(jìn)行介紹。 第四章對(duì)寶雞市城中村改造主要模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。 第五章以寶雞市代家灣村實(shí)體改造案例為樣本，從開發(fā)主體、改造模式、各方效益、改造效果等方面對(duì)城中村改造效益進(jìn)行分析 第六章結(jié)論與建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the new urbanization plan of the country (2014-2020)>, the pace of urbanization construction will be accelerated.
