【摘要】：農(nóng)民工市民化是新型城鎮(zhèn)化主要任務(wù),在政策實(shí)施上需要謹(jǐn)防將其對(duì)象等同于新生代農(nóng)民工、內(nèi)容等同于公共服務(wù)、工具等同于計(jì)劃手段、動(dòng)力等同于城市需要、功能等同于城鄉(xiāng)一體化等五大誤區(qū),以務(wù)實(shí)科學(xué)的精神、走以人為本的道路、堅(jiān)持發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)配置資源的決定性作用等來(lái)推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Municipalization of migrant workers is the main task of new urbanization. In the implementation of policies, it is necessary to prevent that the object is equivalent to the new generation migrant workers, the content is equivalent to the public service, the tool is equivalent to the planning means, the power is equivalent to the needs of the city, the function is equivalent to the urban and rural integration, and so on. With the spirit of practical science, take the people-oriented road, and insist on to play the decisive role of market allocation of resources.
