基于WITNESS仿真的運(yùn)營商最大覆蓋物流配送中心的優(yōu)化布局研究及設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近年來,隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,移動(dòng)終端的銷量正在逐年提升因此全球運(yùn)營商的營業(yè)廳在已有的傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)上,逐漸淡化傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)模式,將營業(yè)廳的營銷重心由服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)向了終端的銷售。但在轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中,運(yùn)營商營業(yè)廳遭遇了熱銷終端缺貨、終端配送調(diào)度不周全、終端配送過慢等問題,主要原因都在于配送的不及時(shí)及配送系統(tǒng)的紊亂。因此配送中心選址是否科學(xué)合理則顯得尤其重要。 針對現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,論文采用Baumol-Wolfe模型及Witness仿真相結(jié)合的方法對某運(yùn)營商的選址問題進(jìn)行了布局設(shè)計(jì)和研究,為其選址提出了最優(yōu)的解決方案。 首先,論文結(jié)合研究背景對配送中心選址的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),通過汲取優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題提煉論文的研究角度及方法。 其次,論文在優(yōu)化的最大覆蓋原則基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建基于運(yùn)營商物流配送總成本的Baumol-Wolfe模型,通過各備選配送中心通貨量的迭代運(yùn)算不斷逼近最小配送成本以求得最優(yōu)解,實(shí)現(xiàn)配送中心的初步選址。 再次,論文構(gòu)建基于Witness仿真軟件的運(yùn)營商物流配送中體系仿真模型,通過仿真一段時(shí)間的終端配送工作,動(dòng)態(tài)地顯示各配送中心的配送成本數(shù)據(jù)。 最后,論文基于Witness軟件的optimizer優(yōu)化模塊對模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過配送中心通貨概率及總成本兩個(gè)指標(biāo)對備選站點(diǎn)進(jìn)行篩選,最終得出運(yùn)營商選址最優(yōu)方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of mobile Internet, the sales volume of mobile terminals is increasing year by year. Therefore, on the basis of the existing traditional business, the business hall of global operators gradually desalinated the traditional service mode, and changed the marketing focus of the business hall from the service to the sales of the terminal. However, in the process of transformation, operators encountered hot terminal shortage, terminal distribution scheduling is not complete, terminal distribution is too slow and other problems, the main reasons are not timely distribution and the disorder of distribution system. Therefore, it is particularly important whether the location of distribution center is scientific and reasonable. In view of the present situation and existing problems, this paper adopts the method of Baumol-Wolfe model and Witness simulation to design and study the layout of the location problem of an operator, and puts forward the optimal solution for its location. First of all, combined with the research background, the paper summarizes the research status of distribution center location at home and abroad, and finds out the research angle and method of the paper by drawing on the excellent experience. Secondly, on the basis of the optimized maximum coverage principle, the Baumol-Wolfe model based on the total cost of logistics distribution of operators is constructed, and the optimal solution is obtained by approaching the minimum distribution cost through the iterative operation of the deflation of each alternative distribution center, and the preliminary location of the distribution center is realized. Thirdly, the system simulation model of operator logistics distribution based on Witness simulation software is constructed, and the distribution cost data of each distribution center is displayed dynamically by simulating the terminal distribution work for a period of time. Finally, based on the optimizer optimization module of Witness software, the model is optimized, and the alternative sites are screened through the two indexes of currency probability and total cost of the distribution center, and finally the optimal scheme of operator location is obtained.
