【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是全面建設(shè)小康社會的載體之一,而西部地區(qū)作為中國較為落后的地區(qū),城鎮(zhèn)化水平明顯滯后于東部發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)。但隨著西部大開發(fā)的深入,西部各地區(qū)陸續(xù)進(jìn)入了城鎮(zhèn)化快速發(fā)展階段,但在城鎮(zhèn)化過程中存在過于追求增長速度,而對城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的關(guān)注嚴(yán)重不足的問題。本文在梳理了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量評價的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,從城鎮(zhèn)化內(nèi)涵出發(fā)構(gòu)建一個評價城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的指標(biāo)體系,從經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)、社會公共服務(wù)和生態(tài)環(huán)境三方面對西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評價。通過對2003——2012年西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的時間序列分析和2003年與2012年兩個時間節(jié)點(diǎn)的橫截面分析,對西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化水平進(jìn)行測度,并以此為依據(jù),通過影響因素的分析,對西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化水平進(jìn)行整體把握。本研究的最終目的是在加快西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程的同時,重視和提高城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展質(zhì)量,使城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展速度與質(zhì)量相協(xié)調(diào),從而真正提高西部地區(qū)城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is one of the carriers of building a well-off society in an all-round way. As a relatively backward region in China, the level of urbanization in the western region obviously lags behind that in the eastern developed areas. However, with the deepening of the development of the western region, the western regions have entered the stage of rapid development of urbanization one after another, but in the process of urbanization, there is a serious lack of attention to the quality of urbanization. On the basis of combing the relevant research literature on the evaluation of urbanization quality at home and abroad, this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the quality of urbanization from the connotation of urbanization, from the economic base. The quality of urbanization in western China is evaluated from three aspects of social public service and ecological environment. Through the time series analysis of the urbanization quality in the western region from 2003 to 2012 and the cross section analysis of the two time nodes in 2003 and 2012, the urbanization level in the western region is measured, and on the basis of this, through the analysis of the influencing factors, We will grasp the level of urbanization in the western region as a whole. The ultimate goal of this study is to pay attention to and improve the development quality of urbanization while speeding up the development process of urbanization in the western region, so as to coordinate the development speed and quality of urbanization, so as to truly improve the development level of urbanization in the western region.
