工資談判與教育回報(bào)——基于動(dòng)態(tài)Mincer方程的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:基于CHIP數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合均值回歸和分位數(shù)回歸分析方法,對(duì)工資決定機(jī)制建立動(dòng)態(tài)Mincer方程,用以討論中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的工資談判和教育回報(bào)狀況,結(jié)果顯示:工作單位在工資談判中占有絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì),勞動(dòng)者處于不利位置,尤其是國(guó)有單位勞動(dòng)者在工資談判中的劣勢(shì)地位更加嚴(yán)重;城鎮(zhèn)居民的教育回報(bào)率隨經(jīng)驗(yàn)增長(zhǎng)逐步趨于穩(wěn)定,并且教育回報(bào)率偏低;工資談判對(duì)教育回報(bào)存在顯著影響,勞動(dòng)者的談判能力越強(qiáng),其獲得的教育回報(bào)率也越高。性別歧視的兩個(gè)程式化事實(shí),驗(yàn)證了動(dòng)態(tài)Mincer方程在中國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:Based on CHIP data, combined with mean regression and quantile regression analysis, a dynamic Mincer equation is established for wage determination mechanism to discuss wage negotiation and educational return in China's urban labor market. The results show that the working units have absolute advantages in wage negotiation, and the workers are in a disadvantageous position, especially the inferior position of the workers in the wage negotiation of the state-owned units is more serious. The rate of return on education of urban residents tends to stabilize with the increase of experience, and the rate of return on education is on the low side; the wage negotiation has a significant impact on the return of education, and the stronger the bargaining power of workers, the higher the rate of return on education. Two stylized facts of sexism verify the adaptability of the dynamic Mincer equation in the urban labor market of China.
