珠三角地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)選址布局研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流是我國社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的重要基礎(chǔ),是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的必然要求,是提高農(nóng)民收入的重要手段,是加快城市化進(jìn)程、改變城鄉(xiāng)二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。近年來,我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展勢頭良好,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流潛在需求不斷放大,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展具備了一定基礎(chǔ),物流過程中交易主體素質(zhì)不斷提高,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流渠道逐漸多元化。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)作為從事從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流活動的企業(yè)與相應(yīng)物流設(shè)施在空間上的集聚,成為推動物流業(yè)發(fā)展的強大動力。 珠三角地區(qū)作為中國經(jīng)濟(jì)最發(fā)達(dá)與人口密度最大的區(qū)域之一,對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品有很大的需求。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)將為促進(jìn)珠三角農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流發(fā)展、充分利用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)、進(jìn)一步推動農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程、促進(jìn)區(qū)域內(nèi)農(nóng)民的增收、拉動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長起到關(guān)鍵性作用。本文提出在珠三角地區(qū)建設(shè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū),希望通過農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)的建立,整合農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流企業(yè),解決農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流過程中一系列問題,包括農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)投入不足,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流損耗率高,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流信息化程度低等問題。科學(xué)合理的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)的選址對于直接影響物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)成本,基礎(chǔ)運營管理費用,交通承載能力與園區(qū)未來的發(fā)展,對于降低農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流成本,提高農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流效率,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流資源的整合,避免物流設(shè)施重復(fù)建設(shè)的將會產(chǎn)生積極的作用。 首先,本文在充分研究國內(nèi)外物流園區(qū)及其選址布局理論的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了物流園區(qū)及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)的相關(guān)概念與理論。然后研究了珠三角地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的現(xiàn)狀,找出了珠三角地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流存在的一些問題,分析了珠三角地區(qū)建設(shè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)的影響因素,說明了建設(shè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)的必要性,進(jìn)而對珠三角地區(qū)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流需求進(jìn)行預(yù)測。通過闡述物流園區(qū)的選址布局理論及選址布局的方法,建立了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)選址布局模型。最后通過遺傳算法對實例進(jìn)行了求解,得出了最優(yōu)的珠三角地區(qū)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)選址布局方案,并對文章做出了總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:The logistics of agricultural products is the important foundation of the construction of the new socialist countryside of our country, the inevitable requirement of agricultural industrialization, the important means of raising peasants' income, the important link of speeding up the process of urbanization and changing the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas. In recent years, China's agricultural development momentum is good, agricultural products logistics potential demand continues to enlarge, the agricultural product logistics development has a certain basis, the quality of trading subjects in the logistics process has been improved, agricultural products logistics channels gradually diversified. Agricultural products logistics park, as an enterprise engaged in agricultural products logistics activities and the corresponding logistics facilities in the space gathering, has become a powerful driving force to promote the development of logistics industry. Pearl River Delta (PRD), as one of the most developed and population-intensive regions in China, has great demand for agricultural products. The construction of agricultural products logistics park will promote the development of agricultural products logistics in the Pearl River Delta, make full use of the agglomeration effect of agricultural products logistics enterprises, further promote the process of agricultural modernization, and promote the increase of farmers' income in the region. Driving regional economic growth plays a key role. This paper puts forward the construction of agricultural products logistics park in the Pearl River Delta region, hoping to solve a series of problems in the process of agricultural product logistics through the establishment of agricultural products logistics park and the integration of agricultural products logistics enterprises. Including the lack of investment in infrastructure construction of agricultural products logistics, the high loss rate of agricultural products logistics, the low degree of informatization of agricultural products logistics, and so on. The scientific and reasonable location of agricultural products logistics park will directly affect the construction cost, basic operation and management expenses, traffic bearing capacity and the future development of the park. It can reduce the logistics cost of agricultural products and improve the logistics efficiency of agricultural products. Realizing the integration of agricultural products logistics resources and avoiding the repeated construction of logistics facilities will play a positive role. Firstly, on the basis of fully studying the theory of logistics park and its location and layout at home and abroad, this paper expounds the related concepts and theories of logistics park and agricultural product logistics park. Then it studies the present situation of agriculture and agricultural products logistics in the Pearl River Delta region, finds out some problems existing in the agricultural products logistics in the Pearl River Delta region, and analyzes the influencing factors of the construction of the agricultural products logistics park in the Pearl River Delta region. The necessity of constructing agricultural product logistics park is explained, and the demand of agricultural product logistics in Pearl River Delta region is predicted. By expounding the theory of location and layout of logistics park and the method of location layout, the model of location and layout of agricultural products logistics park is established. Finally, the example is solved by genetic algorithm, and the optimal location and layout scheme of agricultural products logistics park in Pearl River Delta region is obtained, and the paper is summarized and prospected.
