廢舊家電產(chǎn)品逆向物流多級(jí)庫(kù)存模型

【摘要】:為研究廢舊家電產(chǎn)品回收庫(kù)存控制問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建了回收點(diǎn)、回收中心和回收工廠的三級(jí)回收網(wǎng)絡(luò)?紤]廢舊家電產(chǎn)品回收時(shí)間和數(shù)量的隨機(jī)性,給出三種回收方式的回收分布;將回收中心的回收量與回收工廠的處理能力相關(guān)聯(lián),提出了兩種不同的庫(kù)存控制策略;并以一個(gè)時(shí)間段內(nèi)回收過(guò)程的平均回收費(fèi)用為控制目標(biāo),建立了庫(kù)存控制模型。通過(guò)求解模型得到回收點(diǎn)和回收中心的最優(yōu)送貨時(shí)間,及其在一個(gè)運(yùn)作周期的最小平均回收費(fèi)用,并可以確定回收點(diǎn)、回收中心和回收工廠的庫(kù)存量。最后,通過(guò)案例分析驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the problem of recycling inventory control of used household appliances, a three-level recycling network of recycling point, recycling center and recycling plant is constructed. Considering the randomness of recycling time and quantity of waste household appliances, the distribution of three recovery methods is given, and two different inventory control strategies are put forward by correlating the recovery amount of recycling center with the disposal capacity of recycling plant. Taking the average recovery cost in a period of time as the control target, the inventory control model is established. By solving the model, the optimal delivery time of recovery point and recovery center and the minimum average recovery cost in a single operation cycle can be obtained, and the inventory of recovery point, recovery center and recycling plant can be determined. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the model are verified by a case study.
